Just wondering.
=DChristinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13278634359247701924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37349348.post-52996173650665287492007-12-30T07:07:00.000-08:002007-12-30T07:07:00.000-08:00Hi Maverick, this plan is not a strict Surge diet ...Hi Maverick, this plan is not a strict Surge diet plan as it has slightly more carbs. But, yes I do not eat fruit, rice, bread, pasta for carbs while shredding. I do eat veggies, salad and oatmeal (only in the morning - carb tapering) for my carb intake. I have found that this combo works well for as I am very carb sensitive.

Check out Day 69 post for the exact breakdown of a nutrition Adam Watershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17168665189942273785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37349348.post-67070362389048653512007-12-30T07:02:00.000-08:002007-12-30T07:02:00.000-08:00Hi Suzette, you have inspired me to make my own pu...Hi Suzette, you have inspired me to make my own push-up challenge video, coming soon!
AdamAdam Watershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17168665189942273785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37349348.post-40753343293413583242007-12-30T07:01:00.000-08:002007-12-30T07:01:00.000-08:00Thanks Michael! So, I hit the 250g mark daily, protein intake is extremely important especially on a shred mission so you can preserve the maximum amount of muscle in spite of a heavy cardio workload.

Hope this helps.
AdamAdam Watershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17168665189942273785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37349348.post-35673652712607514082007-12-29T18:32:00.000-08:002007-12-29T18:32:00.000-08:00Stu, 1.5 grams per pound of body weight is pretty ...Stu, 1.5 grams per pound of body weight is pretty standard, so to me, unless you are extremely tiny, 200 grams is low. I personally aim for 333 grams a day.Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17430847823456204757noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37349348.post-82648134870775048582007-12-29T14:23:00.000-08:002007-12-29T14:23:00.000-08:00Adam,Looking great and the site also. Do you have a p,c,f ratio breakdown for us? If this is a high carb day Met Surge nutrition then I see you stay away from fruit and veggies is this planned because it is better for your specific needs? It consists of about 50g from chicken, tuna, crab meat or similar and then the rest from protein shake. This means 1.8 liters of protein mix.

Have I made a mistake here, or am I going to have to get Stuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12017626927156340641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37349348.post-65561816223911407212007-12-29T11:58:00.000-08:002007-12-29T11:58:00.000-08:00Thanks for the shout out and link Adam.
