G'day,
This morning I ripped through my HIIT treadmill cardio...back to my peak! I also did some hardcore abs. I have developed a great bodyweight exercise for lower abs. I can see a slight shadow line developing from my second to third row of abs on a daily basis so it must be working. I'll make a video soon and show it to you.

Absolutely Adam, the "inner reason", the "secret drive", it's the most important thing there is when it comes to getting results. Giving up is just so much easier sometimes.
