This is really great of you, Adam. And a lot to take on as you embark on your own 14 days. I really appreciated your honesty in the video and all your insight and encouragement. I just find it pretty amazing that you did each of your 14 day shreds and all of these past 352 days without, well, your Adam Waters. Thank you.

Wishing everybody a very successful 14 days! As weird as it sounds, because this is the Internet and not "real life", I'm really grateful to be in everyone's company.

Go Team RTP!

Hey Adam,

One last question which I am sure everyone may be asking. Rest days. I know normally they are a must and must be protected to let your body mend nad build but does this still apply during the shred or is it everyday to the maximum?

Thanks and have a BIG weekend.

hello RTP shredders! had to drop by to check in. will get my workout in a little later in my evening. this is awesome, an RTP "community". I would say, "best of luck," but this isn't about luck, it's about a conscious decision to do something. this journey will be about making conscious decisions every minute of your day. Stay focused! Believe in yourself! You all can so do it! will try to check up on everyone everyday. see you in the blog world.

Hey andrew, that's what I was thinking as well. A rest day to me seems like a wasted day but I certainly don't wanna burn out on Day 9 so yeah, any views on this Adam?
