M4 Shred: Day 18 of 84

Nutrition: I got in every meal today except my Post Training meal was not what I had originally planned. The reason why is so bizarre but I did have an egg sandwich so it wasn't that off-plan.

Training: I did Lactic Acid Training Part 2 today and got a very good "burn" on my quads doing the Leg Press. This is better than Squats when doing Lactic Acid Training as allows you to "rack" the weight quickly (as opposed to Squats) thereby maximizing your 20 second rest period.
