Day 124: Rocking The House!
G'day,
The final countdown for Mission 2 has begun. I have just 12 days left to get that six-pack so I have to train everyday like there is no tomorrow...because there isn't! The only time you have is right now.
I trained the house down today with Triple Drop Supersets for all 8 major bodyparts. This is an extremely high intensity way to train as it invloves stripping weights after each set until you literally burn out.
Needless to say I was hammered! Tomorrow I have 2 cardio sessions lined up along with my 'secret' fat loss weapon to remove that last layer of fat on my stomach. In pure mathematical terms I have to burn 1000 calories a day from exercise alone to hit 5% bodyfat by March 24, 2007.
