Today will be a quick post because I spent a fair bit of time today making a new vid. This video is an "advance preview" of Burn The Fat, Feed The Mind. This is a 47 minute interview in MP3 format between me and the Fat Loss King, Tom Venuto discussing key components of rapid-fire physique transformation.

This MP3 will be available to download in a few days time for new Shredders who purchase Tom's eBook, Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) via this blog. I still have a few more things to do before this MP3 goes "live" so for now here is a sample of what you can expect.
