Day 418: Last Workout For 2007! Happy New Year!

G'day Shredders,

Happy New Year Shredders! The clock has just struck midnight here in Japan and I am having a very low-key NYE at my apartment in Osaka.

In fact this is my second low-key NYE in a row, except this year I have gone one better by having zero alcohol (last year I had one glass). I have decided that my M4 Shred Mission takes absolute precedence over any party.

Anyway, time sure does fly when you are having fun! Here we on New Year's Eve 2007 and I have finally gotten in my Lactic Acid Part 2 workout at Gold's Gym Juso (originally scheduled two days earlier)

While it was a solid workout today my mind did wander back to New Year's Eve last year when I was on Day 52 of Mission 1 getting in a similar Lactic Acid Training workout on the Gold Coast. What a coincidence! Check it out below.

N.B. Shredders I will be back later today (US Time) for the 1st Annual RTP Year In Review: 2007 where I'll look back on this year and share with you some mind-blowing stats!

N.B. In another separate post I will also outline some ideas on how we can rejuvenate the Shredder Council and incorporate the ShredderSphere & Group Shred elements into the bigger picture.

P.S. Below is the YouTube version of the Week 1: Push-Up Challenge video that I originally uploaded yesterday.

M4 Shred
Day 7 of 84

Nutrition: I nailed every meal today and scored another "10" on the daily accountability score.

Training: Today was Lactic Acid Training Part 2 (Day 5 of Surge) along with Core Combo.

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT
