Day 118: M2 Week 4 Before & After Pics
G'day,
Time flies when you are doing what you love! I'm already 4 weeks down in Mission 2! I have exactly 18 days left in this mission to finally reveal my full six-pack.
The last row of abs are still submerged beneath a layer of fat, but you know what they say about losing fat...FILO (First On, Last Off).
This 18 day shred will be the most intense experience of my life.
Every thing I eat, every cardio session I do, every weight training workout I do and every rep of every set of my abdominal training is all geared to reveal those last two abs.
I may sound obsessive but you have to be if you desire a totally shredded six-pack. A ripped mid-section is not the fitness "holy grail" for no reason. If it was easy everyone would have one.

P.S. One more thing...Thanks Suzette for leaving a comment yesterday and letting me know that my recent pictures had bad lighting. Today I finally opened the Olympus camera manual and soon discovered "indoor mode" which improved the lighting and quality.
