G'day Shredders,

Welcome to Shredder Sunday: Episode 4.

Is there a "Secret" to staying compliant to your pre-determined shred nutrition plan? I believe there is...and in this 2-Part Video Series I'll reveal what has worked for me (in a big way!) and how this "Secret" may help you stay 100% compliant to your pre-determined shred diet plan.

In today's Part 2 vid I'll go into the "revelation" I had recently about how I stay on track throughout each day and avoid giving in to temptation. This "Secret" so simple, you gotta see it to believe it!
