2005 Flashback Video: Day 1 Of Another "Failed" Weight Loss Attempt

Oh man! This is painful to watch but I'm putting this out there to show anyone on a weight loss journey that no matter how many times you "fail" you can always learn from your experience, and make it harden your resolve the next time.

I'll be back in a couple of hours with my Day 287 update, and I will reveal my midsection...I promise!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

I think you were very cute and polite in this video. Thanks for posting it. IMHO, each attempt at change is always a success.

‘The line between failure and success is so fine that we scarcely know when we pass it - so fine that we often are on the line and do not know it.’

— Ralph Waldo Emerson

It's very courageous to put the image of your former self up online. Of course you do it because now you're not him anymore, your physique is much better, but still it's courageous I think.
And it helps us appreciate the change even more than with all still pictures you already provided.

hey there Adam
I really think you have done an amazing job and making yourself accountable is great. What i would love to see is a female who has had children and been overweight do something similiar. there are many women who have done weight training an plenty of excercise previous to there children but i cant find many who have started from scratch after and been successful. i would love to see that as my encouragement. But congratulations on an amazing journey
