Question:

"First of all, congrats on your new body and keep up the good work. My question
is: how did you stick to you diet? and what kind of diet was it? Can you give me any tips?"

Salar
Answer:

Hi Salar, the best way to answer your question is to give you a link to my exact meal plan on my Day 69 Blog post. It even includes a picture of what I prepared for the next day's meal plan!

Here is the link:

Day 69: My Exact Meal Plan

I do recommend two ebooks in this post but the info within the post is solid I feel.

Question:

What was it that lit the spark that made you want to change? after having "failed" so many times what made you believe that this last program would work for you?

Suzette

Answer:

Thanks for your great question Suzette. I think I could write a book just on this very topic (in fact I am!).

I firmly believe that the inner drive is a major x-factor in transforming your physique. It can literally be the difference between success and failure.

I also believe it is a highly under-rated component in physique transformations. Most people (myself included for 6 years) tend to focus on the techniques like training & nutrition, at the expense of the bigger picture.

The truth is if you don't have your head right first no amount of "cutting-edge" training or nutrition/supplementation techniques are going to help you.

Now, there is a lot more to this topic but I will have to leave at that for the time being as this answer will go on for the next 10 pages. But, the good news is that I have prepared a special report called My Biggest Secret which goes into depth on this very topic. I also discuss my personal reasons why I was able to turn it around for Mission 1.

This report will be released on May 11, 2007 as a free gift to subscribers to my newsletter RTP VIP.

In regards to what lit the spark for me, it was a confluence of "random" personal events of earthquake intensity that made me realize that we are only on this planet for a short time. I didn't want to live in regret at what might have been.

I trust this helps you Suzette.
