wow, that was awesome! I would so love to have that kind of transformation! sometimes one must wonder why we wait so long to change ourselves. why is it so easy to get off on unhealthy ways and then so hard to get back on to healthy ways. There are so many factors to staying healthy/fit...nutrition, exercise, and what i think is most important, is inner desire with the belief that one can change.

Right on Suzette, I think we all have a tendency to underestimate ourselves of what we can acheive sometimes.
