G'day,

A short post today. Right now it is freezing cold in Osaka. So much so that I have to keep my shirt on again tonight!

The only way I can get warm is to go the gym and turn up my body heat. Today I did just that, I did a
Fat loss Circuit Training Part 2 this evening and it felt great to get back in the groove.

I finished off with my Core Combo and Hybrid Cardio of 12 minutes on a recumbant bike. Hybrid Cardio is a new style of cardio I have designed to get myself in the best shape of my life by the end of this mission. I'll talk more about it at a later time.
