Day 207: Video - 84 Days In 48 Seconds, Mission 1 Time Lapse

G'day,

This is an updated version of the video I uploaded a few days ago. Along with 84 daily pictures from Mission 1, I also included 84 blog posts (both in high-speed).

Peace,
AJ

P.S. I am currently doing "baseline training" for Mission 3 (muscle gain) testing out a couple of different programs. I'm really looking forward to starting this journey, especially since I had to postpone Mission 3 a month ago due to a wrist injury.

Once I start Mission 3, I will be back blogging daily (and taking pictures daily), to document the "muscle gain" experience. Should be interesting as I've never deliberately tried to put on weight before!

I don't think Adam should even respond to that and just delete the comment.

I have NOT and will NOT ever take steriods. In fact, I don't even take supplements (except for protein poweder). Everything I have accomplished is due to hard work and diet discipline. Steroids are for losers.

Finally, if you think decreasing bodyfat from 20.8% to 10.3% in these 84 days (less than 1% decrease per week) can't be done without steriods then I feel very sorry for you. What I did is not extraordinary, tens of thousands of people all over the world are doing the same thing right now WITHOUT the use of steriods.

Thanks Kristiina for your support. I am honestly getting tired of these kind of comments but I think its necessary to set the record straight.

Like I said steroids have nothing to do with fat loss and what's more my results are not even that spectacular, just flip trough the pages of "Body For Life" and you'll see heaps of people who have done the same as me or better. My results are consitent with 95% compliance to a clean diet and high intensity training.

I can only imagine how many anonymous "he takes steriods" people will come out of the woodwork once I start my muscle gain program. But I am not going to let these "small minded" people get me down, I will continue to post daily pictures and updates throughout Mission 3.

Hi Adam,

Just involving myself with the site and enjoying a lot of the content on here - feel much more involved and inspired after you took the time to respond personally for me!

I don't want this to sound like a knock - but I guess part of Accountability means questions like this have to be asked (otherwise you wouldn't do it!!) - your last Video Post I can find it at the end of April - when you say you are going to delay M3 till Day 180 - which is a long way gone now. I know that you mention base line training - but get on the cam, continue your accountability.

I bet it's tough with so many people know looking to you for inspiration if you have moved backwards even 1% since your injury.

This is where your regular site visitors can help you!! I'm sure its not the case - its probably me being useless and not finding the posts inbetween.

Thanks again Adam,

James

Hi James,

Thanks for your comment and yes I agree with you 100%, it has been far too long since I made a video cam update.

However, I have been quite busy in the last month. I wrote two exclusive articles for Tom Venuto, started a newsletter and wrote 5 special reports. On top of this I have my full-time job and training to attend to.

But, I will be back with a vengenance for Mission 3, I have an idea for M3 accountability that is very extreme! I'm gonna take daily accountability to a whole new level. That's all I'll say right now as I'd rather let my blog (and my physique do the talking).

As you can also see there has been a couple of "he takes steroids" comments which I will address head-on through an exclucive article for the first edition of my newsletter. I want to put this issue to bed right now and state why I have not and will not take steriods. Once I get that article completed and the first edition of my newsletter done I will then make a video cam update.

By the way, if you are interested you can check out the details of my newsletter at RTP-VIP.com

Cheers,
Adam

Hey Adam, I haven't posted here in a little while, but wanted to add a comment/question regarding steroid use. For those that take steroids, don't their muscles get "bigger"? If that is the case it clearly shows to me that you certainly don't use them. You muscles didn't get "bigger" per se, but rather were firmed/toned/defined. I hope I am getting my point across.
On another topic regarding your blog, have you considered making entries about your baseline program in preparation for your M3? Maybe this is something people could learn from also. Just an idea. Thanks again for putting up this blog and inspiring so many people, including myself.

Hi Suzette, great to hear from you. You are right, the change in my physical appearance was primarily from a reduction in bodyfat as I "only" added 1.7kg's of muscle in Mission 1, while I reduced my bodyfat from 20.8% to 10.3%.

Great idea about blogging my "baseline training" from M3, I'll get onto that as soon I finish the first edition of my newsletter. I changed the topic of the feature article at the last minute to the issue of "Steroids and Fat Loss" so I am doing final edits now.

Also my brother just came to live in Japan today! So I'll need a couple of days off to show him around and clue him in to the "ins and outs" of living in Japan.

Cheers,
Adam

Haven't checked in in a bit. Nice to see you are still kicking it. So, I have been reading through some of the comments and thought it might be interesting to read soem other related topics such as now that you are buff, do you think people view you differently because of it, or you just have more confidence so they view you differentlty. Maybe you don't think nothing has changed. Anyways, maybe some off-topic but related reading on your transformation. Kind of like when you went on your vacation there and you were doing all sorts of stuff you never thought you'd do.

Am I making sense here. You know i've always been a little nutty.
