Day 457: Reiki Healing For My Hammie!
G'day Shredders,
I had my first ever experience with reiki healing today on a hammie twinge I picked up two days ago. All I can say is so far so good! My hammie already feels better (though a little tender).
I also have some Ayurvedic tree sap oil (direct from Sri Lanka) to rub on my hammie before I go to bed tonight. I believe this combo will see my hammie fully recover by tomorrow morning when I wake up!

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.
Cardio: Due to my hammie twinge I didn't do my normal HIIT & Steady State cardio combo today. I instead opted for 50 minutes of skipping (jumping rope) in my workplace boxing gym (great fun!)
