Day 482: Last Chance Training In Florida

G'day Shredders,

Since it has been a whirlwind last couple of days since I came back to Japan I'll keep the next couple of "catch-up" posts short so I can get to the current day as quickly as possible.

Today's Day 482 picture is from my last training session in Florida after I got back from my Chopper Tour of the West Coast of Florida.

I had a high intensity Lower Body Lactic Acid Session and nailed a PB as measured by pounds!

Before I sign off I'll leave you with a few pics from my hotel room. If you look into the distance you can actually see EPCOT in two of the pics!

1) The right side view with EPCOT in the distance.

2) The Middle view of the pools.

3) The left side view of the jetty.

=====================================================

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT
