Day 435: One Year Anniversary Of My First YouTube Video!

G'day Shredders,

I'm past my sleep deadline by 30 minutes so I'll have to be real quick today!

Day 70: My First YouTube Video - Thank You To My Mentors

One year ago today I uploaded my first ever video onto YouTube. It was Day 70, January 17, 2007 and I thought it would be a good idea to say thank you to my family and my mentors Tom Venuto, Nick Nilsson and David Grisaffi.

Just for old-time sake here is my first ever YouTube video...

A Sudden Rush Of Anxiety...

As soon as I hit the upload button I feel a sudden rush of anxiety...I wondered if anyone would bother watching and what their opinions would be. I honestly didn't know what to expect. However, when I checked the vid the next morning I was ecstatic that I had 24 views and a couple of comments!

1,210,278 Views Later!

Now one year on, I realize that uploading that first vid set in motion a chain of events that has now resulted in 1,210,278 video views one year later! It is kinda surreal when I think about it as I never expected this kind of response.

I guess it just goes to show that if you remain focused and consistently practice what you preach great things can happen!

84 Days In 48 Seconds: 2008 Version

To mark this one year anniversary I have updated for 2008 my "biggest" YouTube video titled: 84 Days In 48 Seconds - Time Lapse Weight Loss. Here is the new version below (contains a few more clips).

Shredder Council Message: 84 Days Down!

How time flies when you are having fun! To my fellow Shredders in The Council please have your final 84 Day pics to me by 2:00PM tomorrow. We'll wrap up this weekly accountability phase in style with a big eye towards the future!

Day 24 of 84

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.

Cardio: I did my old fave: BFL style HIIT cardio. I underestimated my own endurance as this cycle was way too easy. I'm gonna up the cycles tomorrow!

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.
