Day 333: M2 Judgement Day Video 2.0 - The Six Pack Verdict

G'day,

Today was a "rest day" as far as training goes.

I am literally jumping out of my skin to train as much as possible as I close in on the Day 365 milestone. However, I have to restrain myself and remember that these "rest days" are just as important as "work days".

M2 Judgment Day Revisited

So, with some free time on my hands today after I finished a 2 hour stint at work I decided to make a new version of the video I released way back on April 1, 2007.

This video documents the intensity and pressure I felt as I held a public vote on Day 136 (March 24, 2007) on whether my midsection qualified as a six-pack.

I Risked My $1,500 Phuket Trip!

To turn the heat way up I decided to put my $1,500 pre-paid "redemption trip" to Phuket on the line.

The rules were simple. If the "yes" votes outweighed the "no" votes I would be on my way to Phuket on March 26, 2007.

If the "no" votes won I would be back at my Osaka gym on March 26, 2007 thereby forfeiting my Phuket trip.

94 Responses From 22 Countries

By the end of the 12 hour vote there were 94 responses from 22 countries and a lot of comments on my blog. The traffic to this blog also increased ten-fold for that day as people had their say.

So, how did I do?

Watch updated version of this video to find out!

Until tomorrow...

P.S. I hope this video has given you some ideas on how you can harness the power of the Internet to create "positive pressure" on yourself to follow through on your physique transformation goals.
