Day 434: Green Light For Q&A And Shredder Articles!

G'day Shredders,

Thank you (again!) for your great response to Weekly Q&A and Shredder Articles on Shredder Sunday.

Shredder Q&A: Details

I'll go on demand, if I receive any questions (to my personal email) I'll address those questions in the "Weekly Video". Depending on the type of questions I receive I may have to focus on just one as it may require a detailed response. If this is the case I'll answer just one question per video on a first come basis and answer any additional questions in the following episodes.

If you do decide to send in a question please make it as detailed as possible so I can can give you the best answer possible. Just a note, while I do have a personal trainer certification I am not an "all knowing" expert on every single area of fat loss! I'll do my best to answer your question from my experience and relate my answer to your current situation.

I also really like Suzette's idea of me interviewing you as well! If you would like to be interviewed by me please let me know (via my personal email) and we'll organize a mutually beneficial time to hook up. We could conduct the interview via Skype and record the call, or we could do an email Q&A.

Shredder Articles: Details

I believe this will be very cool! As per Lilla's suggestion I will go back on your blogs and try to identify your blog posts that could be transformed into articles. However, my time right now is very limited (must be in bed by 10:00PM!) so if you have a blog post that you feel qualifies as an article please send it to me by Saturday 2:00PM for inclusion in this Sunday's post.

I will do this on a first come basis as well. Your article would be primarily focused on how this accountability/blog/daily picture process has transformed your life so far. I believe that these types of articles are more universally appealing because people are inspired by "redemption stories" - rather than an article about your training/nutrition plan.

One more thing I didn't say yesterday. You keep full ownership and copyright of your article (i.e. you don't have to give me the exclusive on it!). The main reason I'm doing this is because I believe there are so many wonderful stories from our fellow Shredders and I'd like to try and give you the widest possible distribution for your article/story.

This blog now receives an average of 1,000 plus visits per day so hopefully you'll get heaps of visits to your blog (from your link on the article) which will in turn keep up the "positive pressure" on you to keep getting the job done on a daily basis.

I know that I am eternally grateful to Tom Venuto for publishing my articles on his Burn The Fat Inner Circle as it really turned up the heat on me to continue this journey, and I trust that this will do the same for you! This may also act as a stepping stone for you to get your articles published on other sites with wider distribution in the future as well!

Day 23 of 84

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today. I have now adjusted the timing on Meal 6 to make sure I get it in by 7:30PM so I don't go to sleep with my carbs!

Training: I got in a quality Muscle Rounds Upper Body workout today which focused on chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps. I am really enjoying these early morning workouts (before I start work) as it reminds me the great Porter Freeman when he walks into his gym when it is pitch black (Body Of Work video). I just love that early morning solo dungeon feel!

Cardio: Great news today! In my afternoon Steady State Cardio workout I beat my previous best on my 5km run by hitting 28:54 secs (previous time 30:24 secs). During the late stages of M2 I went very close to getting under 25:00. I will beat 25:00 before I am done with M4!

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.
