Adam Waters RTP Blog Daily Picture Transformation Gallery
G'day,
Well, I gotta say that this was a painstaking project stitching all these pictures together!
The pictures are quite small though if you look closely you can see each day numbered running left to right. You may also notice that I didn't take a picture every single day as I had some rest days.
On a final note, I often get asked the question, "Why do you take pictures daily?"
The answer is quite simple, I believe in holding myself accountable every single day and what better way than to keep myself honest and track my daily progress than to take a daily picture.
Because if you don't make progress every single day, when are you ever going to?
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Hey Adam, Great work there... looks like quite a lot of work ... You could turn out to be a good graphics designer yourself .. :) ... One thought though, you could keep a page that looks like that of this fellow 'John Stone': http://www.johnstonefitness.com/all/front/d.php
This would be a great way for others to keep track of how you did along the way. I guess that's what you've tried.. but it would be good on a separate page. Just a thought...
Hi Rayden, how's it going mate? Thanks for the tip regarding John Stone, he is very impressive! Funny thing I had never heard of him when I started my journey...I thought this was an original idea!
Anyway, he has a lot of elements to his site that I would like to incorporate one day. My dream is to be an online physique transformation coach so I can lose the full-time job I have now. Hopefully then I'll have more time time to implement all the ideas I have.
Cheers,
Adam Waters
