Day 373: Important Shredder Council Update - Weekly Wrap Details
G'day Shredders,
Just a quick post today, specifically for members of the Shredder Council. As per our accountability agreement the first Shredder Council Weekly Wrap is due this Sunday November 18, 2007.
This is a big day Shredders, because this Sunday marks the start of weekly accountability as we close in on our 12-week physique transformation goal for January 8, 2008.
Important Items:
- Deadline: Please have your accountability pictures in to me (via email) by 10:00AM "RTP Time" on Sunday November 18, 2007. Please send your pics to the same email address that I used to email your 84 Days eBook completion prize.
- Profile: Please write a paragraph outlining your physique transformation goals (i.e. bodyfat percentage being the most important) to include in your Council Profile.
- Picture Specs: Please "merge" your "Day 1" front picture with your "Day 24" picture at a width of 420 px wide. If you need assistance please with picture merging please watch this Zero Day: Group Shred Video on Picture Merging
- Shredding: Let's create history in real-time and make this a shred to remember!

Hi Andres, sorry mate, this shred is a continuation of the original Group Shred started on Day 352. However, there may be another Group Shred starting in mid-January.

Adam, pic and copy sent via your e-mail addy. I've got goose-bumps mate. Goose-bumps I tell you...Big ones. As I'm writing this I can feel that exitement welling up in the pit of my stomach. That feeling that says "I know I can do this...and succeed, BIG." You know that feeling, right...too right mate.
Just sent my photo and paragraph as well. I agree with Dougal. I'm getting very excited. Just imagine rolling into the New Year having succeeded with last year's resolutions.
Can't wait to see your Mission 4 plans!
