Day 421: RTP TIme Machine = Hidden Power?
G'day Shredders,
What is the true purpose of the RTP Time Machine?
Is it because I am a nostalgia freak?
OR
Does it have "hidden power"?
If so, how does this hidden power relate to my current goal?
Have No Fear! The "hidden power" of the Time Machine will be revealed in tomorrow's Shredder Council Weekly Video Wrap.
Shredder Council Message
For all members of the Shredder Council, please send your "merged" Day 1/70 pics via email before 2:00PM "RTP Time" Friday, January 4, 2008.
P.S. If you'd like to take a stab at just what exactly this "hidden power" is just leave a comment in today's post! (Hint: Take a look at today's Time Machine pic and...)
Day 10 of 84
Nutrition: I nailed every meal today. I am really feeling "in the zone" now in regards to nutrition. Eating right (and at the right times) is becoming second nature again.
Training: Today was Muscle Rounds Training (Part 2) (Day 9 of Surge) along with Core Combo. MR for me is always an accurate test of where I'm really at due to it's grueling nature.
I was satisfied with my workout today but there was that nagging doubt inside my head after I finished that I didn't push myself hard enough. Sometimes it is difficult to quantify, but you just "know" you could have done better.

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.
Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.
M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.
1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.
2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.
3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

HI Adam!
Thanks for the comment on my blog! I'm ready for the public at large...let 'er rip!!
I'll take a stab at the answer to the question. Is it the power of reinforcement?
Adam, I'd say it is a reminder of where you've been and how far you've come.
i really don't know. Probably what Michael said. (i'd say this quiz is tougher than the last one.)
I'm going to go with (a) nostalgia freak. ;D
Is it a "hidden power" like on the TV show Heroes? Like you can stop time (you do live in Japan) or you have split personalities one with super strength (the one on the right). I like to participate, but I never seem to guess these things--even the one time when the answer was me. This one was tough, but I think I got it.
Ei, Adam,
Maybe the time machine's "hidden power" reminds you that you can be what you want to be, sustain it, and live with it and it continues to push you up to aim for the next level,or a gauge to see if you stagnate or progress. Hope my guesses were correct?
Shred-hard,
Alex(",)
Hi Ceekeye, great to hear, we'll let it rip very soon!
Adam
Hi Michael and Suzette, very close!
Adam
Lilla, how did you know?!
Adam
Hah Christy, I used to watch Heroes so I know exactly who you are talking about! He was my favourite character!
Adam
Hi Alex, "or a gauge to see if you stagnate or progress" this is very, very close.
