==================================================================
G'day,
Let's get this shredding started!
First, a little housekeeping...for all RTP Group Shredders please watch this video as it contains important information regarding a few of the mechanics of the process.
Action Step Required
There is an action step you'll be required to take (very easy!) once you finish watching the video.
Important: We Are Now On RTP Time
In order to make this as simple as possible I'm going to run all time from the RTP Clock (Osaka Time).
Please email your daily pictures to me well before 8:00PM RTP Time.
If this means you have to take them the day before that's ok. The bottom line is that you'll have 14 consecutive days of shredding.
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Man, I was so into this, I know this is not an excuse, but didn't have my camera ready for today. I bought one yesterday, and came literally running to get to work on time to upload and send you the pics. I'm so sorry for not being able to make it on time, I'm really sad, really, is a strange feeling of self-disappointment, any way I'm gonna be cheering you guys, keep it up, and sorry Adam, for not being present in this awesome group, it's so early in the morning here in my country, couldn't make it on time. If you allow me I'm gonna make a blog and will ask you to put me on the VIP list, even if I'm not officialy in, I'm doing this with you, so keep it up, and the best of luck for you all.
Hey Adam,
I'm set mate, looking forward to it. Love the RTP clock in the background of the Day 351 pics.
Tkae care,
Andrew
Hey Adam,
Just to get this straight, you need our Day 1 pics by tomorrow at 8pm Osaka time and day 2 pics by 8pm Osaka time Saturday etc etc?
Andrew
Present and accounted for - ready to shred
I am so excited, and hoping that you´ll have a special spot for the waaaay over 50s group...this is my first SHRED, and am thrilled to be a part of it. My plan is to have this SHRED be a turning point in my road to +getting where I want to be*. Can´t wait.

Josh here, ready to go. Let's do it guys.
Present! I love that you're taking roll. All you need is whistle and a clipboard and it's like PE in school, but fun--no dodgeball.
Nice t-shirt, btw. ;-)
Heyo guys, Samuel here ready to go
Hello all it's Joni here and ready! I think I'm going to be one of the day ahead people because it would be 9am here when it is 8pm there if my math is right and I don't think I will have time in the morning to do the editing. I'll be in, though! Good luck all!

Hi Guys, thanks for confirming your participation in the Group Shred. Great to see!

Like Joni said, even if you have to go a day ahead it is ok, the bottom line is that you'll have 14 days of consecutive "shredding".
