P.S.S. Due to a very random work schedule Massimiliano will no longer have his daily pictures displayed in the RTP Blog Shredder Section. However, Massimiliano is still with us AND still blogging daily and uploading pictures daily on his Transformazione Blog. I have come to know Massimiliano very well (and he lives in Osaka!), he is a stand-up guy and he has a proven track record of staying true to his word of daily accountability (it stretches back far before his current blog). Keep shredding Massimiliano...we will be checking up on you!

Hey Adam,
Another great vid and so true too. I have been going for a while now but only recently started blogging but I can remember the new found confidence you talked about.
At first it was about weight loss but now it's about fat loss and muscle retention and I still get stoked when I hook my belt in another notch, threw another pair of trousers out yesterday as they are just so overly big!!!
Did my workout and PT session about an hour ago and got 2 very big shocks!!! Nice little teaser for today's blog entry. Gotta say though now I feel pretty lousy. Not sure why, I have not changed anything over the past week and I woke up fine so I hope it goes soon.
Your pics are looking great man, keep uup the hard work, 10 days left.
Take care,
Andrew
Awesome Andrew, It is a great feeling peeling away those notches on your belt. Nothing beats real-world feedback like this.
Keep shredding
Adam,
P.S. I gonna check your blog now
Sorry Adam, you'll have to wait until you get up tomorrow as I will not blog today's entry until tonight!!!
Sorry mate,
Andrew
Woo hoo I'm back (and back in time!) Thanks Adam for all your hard work on setting this up for us. Great video - you're such a philosopher - and this program IS really life changing. I had a major breakthrough today which I think was just the first of many and it relates to what you were talking about. That's so wild it's like you are a mind reader. It's in my blog entry today, too (boy we're just plugging our own blogs here today, huh?) so have a read if you have some time in the next few days. I'd like to get your opinion on it. See ya soon!

Adam, I love this video for a million reasons that are way too long to go into. It's really great. I'll give one of the shorter reasons--The Matrix is one of my favorite movies.
See, I said you were psychic. Joni said you're a mind reader.
BTW, you're really getting big. Your shoulders, chest, back, and biceps are major wow.
"There is no spoon."
Great job Josh! You're really sticking to it. Can't wait to see your photos for tomorrow. Glad you're with us.
Adam:
You are popping my friend - this is the biggest I've seen you! Great going, great guns...keep firing!
Diane
PS it is better to take pics post or pre workouts? Did it post today and loved the look more. Thoughts, comments!
Day 4. The days goes by quick when you are focused and achieving and knowing that each day gone is a day closer to the goal.
Bec
awesome video! It is amazing the confidence you get even with just a little progress. It spurs on even more confidence and propels you onward.
Hi Adam,
Was on YouTube, saw your videos there, and in one you stated you were going to tell us about HOW you did all this and WHAT you ate etc. Have you already done this and am missing out? Do tell me so can take notes and copy you!
You are looking so FIERCE Adam, really!
Lynda
Hi Andrew, great stats mate, don't underestimate the power of the shred!
Adam Waters
Great to have you back Joni! I read your heartfelt post today and I was touched. This really has a way of penetrating our "thick outer layer" and getting to the core of "who we really are"
Cheers,
Adam Waters
Hi Christy, the Matrix is my all-time favourite movie for a million different reasons too. I love the concept and the movie itself is very multi-layered I think.
Cheers,
Adam Waters
Hi Diane, I always take my shots in the evening "post shred" because it gives me drive to push as hard as I can during my workout to be "worthy" of a daily pic.
Cheers,
Adam Waters
Thats right Bec, time flies even quicker when you are focused on a goal (not sure why).
Adam Waters
That's right Suzette, you start to feel, think and act differently. You are spinning but the world is standing still, it gets very weird!
Adam Waters
Hi Lynda, today's video is for you!
Adam Waters
Great pix, mate! You look rounder and firm and much leaner compared to Day 295 pix. Keep on shredding hard!! Can't wait to see your Day 05 video.
Alex
