Day 399: Calm Before The Shredder Storm
G'day Shredders,
Have you got your game face on? I trust you have because tomorrow we kick off the ShredderSphere: Daily Picture & Blog Accountability for the next 100 Days.
Day 400 - 2:00 PM Deadline
I have sent invites to all members of the Shredder Council and Resident Shredders and it is great to see that you guys have pledged your commitment in the Day 397 Blog Post. If you are eligible and would like to participate please pledge your commitment in the comment section by 2:00PM tomorrow.
After 2:00PM tomorrow we will close the door and focus on Eating Clean, Shredding Hard and Thinking BIG for the next 100 days.
Shredder Council Members:
A special note to the Shredder Council, your membership in the Council is ironclad, regardless of whether you participate in the ShredderSphere. We will still be doing weekly accountability updates every Sunday.
We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.
We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.
We will never surrender.
Karaoke: Japanese Style
On a lighter note (before we kick into top gear) I dug into my video archive and pulled out a video of me one year ago (exactly!) at my company bonenkai doing a rendition of Livin La Vida Loca at karaoke.
Apologies to Ricky...
Until tomorrow...
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT
P.S. Below are my Day 399 RTP Blog daily pictures for December 12, 2007: Mission 4 - Day 24 of 125.

Wow! ;) When it comes to singing, well, you're a damn fine blogger. lol Love the intro. This video definitely sums up all my questions about what its like to live in Japan.
Ok so the best thing about that video is the joy I see in your face of having fun and enjoying life as much as you can we need more people like that in the world ... :)
Thank you Adam for including me in the shred team....... WOOOO HOOO!!!! I am so excited this are great news.
NOW... THE SKY IS THE LIMIT..... :)
Haha, well said Christy! Karaoke is the essence of life in Japan, no doubt about it!
Adam
Cool Luis, let's shred massive!
Adam
Hmmm...We're going to have to work on those dance moves once you hit NYC. ;D
p.s. Have you ever been to NYC?
Mr. Adam Waters, you are indeed one very brave man.
Videos like that usually don't get posted on youtube by the person they're actually of!
Too funny Adam! Looks like you had a great time - which is what counts!
Debbie
Hey Adam,
That singing was just priceless! Loved it and loved seeing how much fun you were having. Tell us more about Japan! (any more videos?)
Lynda
Nice job Adam, don't give up your day job!!
I'll say it again. I'm in for the 100DAY Shred.I'm in I'm in. I'll be shredding, shredding, shredding. I'm getting into the mindset.

Quick question about the ShredderSphere: Daily Picture & Blog Accountability for the next 100 days kicking off tomorrow.
Are we supposed to send you our daily pics to post on your blog OR will you just post text links to our blogs?
I just re-read the Day 397 comments and realized you have now used the "game face on" phrase twice! I demand royalties! Have I subconciously invaded your thoughts, just like how things like "Eat Clean", "Shred Hard" and "Think Big" magically appear when I type sometimes? Ok, so I stole the phrase from my hockey coach anyway.
For those that don't know what I'm talking about, my explanation is at the bottom of this post:
http://returntoform.blogspot.com/search/label/tagline
It's actually missing from my most recent posts, but it's making a comeback!
So, until then, Shred On, Eat Hard, and Think Clean...with your Game Face Big!
I have a question, I don't have a camera at the moment so I can't post daily pics, but I can still post daily. Am I still eligible?
Thanks :)
That was awesome! You are surely having fun!
What is it with the Japanese and Karaoke :) lol ... I bumped into Ricky when I was in Hollywood ... nice guy.
Well Day 1 has started ... I have just posted up my goals and plans for the 100 day challenge to my blog and excited to be getting this started!
I am also putting together a 100 Day Journal to track everything I eat and all of the training. If any of the other shredders want a copy then let me know.
Good luck all and look forward to your success!
Rod
Adam, it is so exciting to see everyone so pumped up. I am proud of everyone...very proud. You looked like you had a great time, but I'm with Christy...your blogging is where you need to stay :-)
Hi Shredders, thanks for being so kind to me (about my singing)! Just a quick one, Lilla asked if you have to send pics to me, the answer is no. I'll be ptting up links to your blog in every blog post, so you can have daily pics on your own blog.
I gotta go to the gym now, back soon.
Adam
