Day 192: New Video - 136 Days In 12 Seconds

G'day,

This is the video I had in mind way back on Zero Day, November 7, 2006. It feels great to finally get it done and put it online! It is a high-speed montage of every daily accountability picture I took between November 8, 2006 and March 24, 2007 (Mission 1 & 2).

Peace,
AJ

P.S. If you watch the background closely you'll see that I completed this journey in 3 different countries: Japan, Australia and Hong Kong.

Hi Rodrigo,

I don't know what you said, but thanks anyway!

I noticed you changed your mission 3 calendar. The wrist still not healing? With your injury are you able to do any training at all? The video is awesome!

Hi Suzette,

Yeah, I have changed my Mission 3 calendar. My wrist took 21 days to heal properly so I've only just started working out with weights again last Wednesday.

I also want to test out my "muscle gain" workouts and nutrition before I go "live" on Day 230. I completely underestimated how different gaining muscle is compared to losing fat. There is so much to learn!

Cheers,
Adam

Hi Adam,

I was actually thinking the same as Suzette, how you can handle things with the wrist.. I bet it feels great to be back in lifting those weights :)

I really like the 12 sec video and more than anything I like the changes in your expression - it says it all!!! Starting out as unsecure, not content and turning into happy and bight eyed person. Fantastic!

PS. I'm afraid Rodrigo just wanted you to buy a T-shirt

Hi Kristiina,

Yeah, it feels great to be back in the gym again (and extremely painful at the same time!). The muscle soreness is almost the same as it was in the first week of Mission 1. Its amazing how quickly your body reacts to the lack of stimulii.

Thanks also for your kind words on the vid, that was the video I had in mind way back on Day 1 so its great to finally get it done.

Was Rodrigo speaking Spanish?

Cheers,
Adam

I think he is Brazilian and speaking Portugese, it's very close to Spanish, so I'm not 100% sure:)
