Day 245 Video: M3 Kick-Off & The Last 110 Days...
In Part 1 of this Day 245 video I talk about what happenned since the end of Mission 2 and why I had to disappear for a while.

One thing I hope you can draw from this whole experience and from your "life" issues is that everything needs to stay in balance. Just as your physical transformation must remain in balance for you to be successfull so must every other part of your life be in balance or, as you lived, things will have a way of "setting you straight". Every day in life is a journey in and of itself. A journey in which we all must make choices. The choices we make today we will live out in our future, whether it be tomorrow or next year.
Hi Suzette, I agree with you 100%. This has been a problem of mine for some time. When I am on a "mission" I am extremely dedicated, but when I "switch off" and let things get to me I am extreme in the opposite direction.
My goal for Mission 3 is to get into the best shape of my life and more importantly maintain it after I complete the mission. I have vowed to myself not to continue the "yo-yo" effect of being hot and cold and just live a healthy lifestyle consistently.
