==================================================================
G'day Shredders,
Words alone cannot express the gratitude I feel towards you guys and your very kind words in my Day 365 blog post.
This is the reason why I followed Joni's lead and made a video discussing every member of the Shredder Council!
Enjoy!
P.S. Be sure to check out Joni's awesome video too!
P.S.S. I am now thinking that the Shredder Council should reconvene on November 18, 2007 for the start of the Shredder Council Weekly Accountability Phase. What do you guys think? Is this a go?

Adam, I am definately in for the weekly group shred. Keep warm mate.
Hey Adam
I am happy to kick off on the 18th. I think you need to take some rest mate, you have poured your heart and sole out!! I will keep shredding as I still have a few weeks of my personal mission to go yet. So I will go with the flow on this.
Great video, thanks for your really kind words. I know that in time I will do them justice, gotta keep training.
Take care mate,
Andrew
Cool Dougal, see you on the 18th mate (also Zero Day of Mission 4),
Cheers,
AJ
Right on Andrew, let's reconvene on the 18th.
Take care too mate,
AJ
love the hoodie! I am going to have to get one, especially as our seasons are changing in the US to winter weather. 28degrees F. this morning! brrr!
Thanks so much for the kind comments! I've never considered myself as a leader, have always been the follower type. but that is changing! my past year has also been a tremendous growing time for me. My confidence is like it has never been before in my life. my main goal in this shred was to encourage others letting them know if I can do this(a 38 year old wife, mother of 4, full time employee), so can they. And even better with the encouragement of not only myself but you and all of the shredder council.
the 18th is a great start to the weekly accountability phase. I am hoping by the end of next week to have my gym membership back in the swing and kicking it with a restart of the metabolic surge program...
Great to hear Suzette, you are a leader, no doubt about it! Not only that you are an inspiration to many considering the workload you have to manage as well.
Shred On!
Adam
Hi Adam, of course I am in for the 18th!
Now that you know my face, if you see me in somewhere n Osaka...Call me! Hey Shredder!!! :-)
Really man, I hope we can find the time to meet in person one day.
If you have time during Christmas and/or new year days, let me know, we can get together for an "healthy" campaaii!
Yay! I'm so glad we're waiting until the 18th. I have some camera issues of my own to work out.
I can't wait to get my hoodie when I go back to LA. You look so cute in your hoodie!
I'll still owe you my wrap up. Can I just E-mail it to you to the same place as the photos this week or does the comment post thing work better?
Thank you for your kind words. Awesome reverse roll call!
Hi Adam,
Just loved your video today and my 15 seconds of fame! So neat. Please do count me in for the 18th...and repeat exactly what we need to send and do. Am now on Day 18 of the MS plan, so am going full-speed ahead. Love it too much to stop now! You look devino in that hoodie!
Abrazos,
Lynda
Hello Adam,
Until Nov 18 I will be "eating clean, shredding hard and thinking big".
Adam:
Thanks for personalizing each shredder! The 18th to send pics, measurements etc? Sorry, info overlaod right now. Best and keep moving my friend!
Great job, Shredders! Just want to let you know that you've inspired more people than you know! There are a bunch of us watching you on the sidelines - cheering you on and shredding with you! :D
Adam, I took your advice from one of your BFFM articles and posted my "after" pic! It's all over my apt and man, what an impact it has on me! I do a double-take every time I see it! Great advice.
Check it out on my Nov 8th post: http://shekhinahdivine.blogspot.com/
Adam,
You're quite a character yourself :) Thanks for the video shout out and the 18th is fine for me, I'll be continuing along anyway at least until day 100! Talk to you soon!

Wow, awesome results everyone!
Ad, Congratulations!!!!!!
1 year of commitment and you've finished the year off sharing your amazing knowledge and attitude with so many others.
we are immensely proud of you.
Kel.
Kel, i guess you could call this a one year anniversary "party" with Adam!
Hi Shredders,
I'm back in town this evening and am blown away by not only your transformations, but also your level of enthusiasm and commitment. Each of you are transforming right before my very eyes. Adam, congrats on your 1 year anniversary! I can really see a huge improvement in leg development from day 230 to day 365. Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us. I will take time over the weekend to do the homework assignment and will post my offical day 14 picture tomorrow (and catch up on all of blogs).
Debbie
yeah debbie is back home! welcome home. can't wait to see your day 14 pic!
Adam, did I read correctly that you said we were to hang in for a while before ordering from the store?
Adam, please give me a heads up on how to add the "Originals" list to my Blog. Thanks Bud.
Adam, as you mighthave read in my blog, I am unable to send pictures right now because, like a bonehead, I remembered my camera for my trip, but forgot the cable to transfer the pictures. I will send my pictures when I return home on Sunday. I am continuing to take the pictures and plan to update my blog posts with those when I get home.
BTW, I tried to order something from the RTP store and the shopping cart continually says it is empty. Anyone else have this problem?
I'll be here on the 18th for sure!
Sounds cool Massimiliano! We'll have to catch up one day. I may be heading OS for Xmas though.
AJ
Hi Christy, a comment in here is totally cool. Great to see you are on board for the 18th Nov (I knew you would be!)
Cheers,
AJ
Thanks Lynda, I'm gonna be putting that hoodie to good use this winter in Japan. Great to hear you are on board for the 18th.
Shred On!
Adam
Hi Diane, yeah the 18th works better. Shred On!
Adam
That's the spirit Miriam!
AJ
Great work Liila, hope to see you for GS2 next January!
AJ
Awesome Joni, you are gonna blow us away, I can feel it!
AJ
Thanks Kel, those mean a lot coming from you.
Adam
Cool Debbie, I'll check out your blog and pics very soon!
Shred On!
Adam
Hi Dougal, yeah mate, I'm making a special design for Shredder Council members (only!) so I'd hold off from buying anything at the RTP Store just now.
To put a link list on your blog go into "Template" and "PAge Element" settings in Blogger.
Cheers,
AJ
Sorry to hear that Michael, but at least you'll still have your pics to upload later. I haven't had that problem with ordering from the Store but other people are also having that problem I'll email CafePress.com and see if there is a problem.
See you on the 18th mate.
AJ
Thanks for the encouragement Adam! You are AWESOME! I will be there for GS2 next January. But by then, I hope I'll be in "GS1 Maintenance & Fine-Tuning" because I'm gonna keep on shreddin' til then!
p.s. An Idea: How about assembling a webpage like http://ashtangi.net/ (a collection of blogger RSS feeds) for RTP shredders? It'll give other shredders (who aren't in the council) motivation to post and stay in contact with RTP until the next group shred. Check it out. ;)
FYI, I never got an email telling me where to send my pics. I checked my spam folder as well.
