Hey everybody! My wonky internet connection is not allowing me to get into blogger. It actually took me two hours of hitting refresh and then waiting for this page to load to get here. But I'm with you all and waiting for my IP(Globe in the here in the P.I.) to kick into gear. Get shredding on my internet Globe Telecom.
Plus, the electricity keeps going out. What! That happens often in Dumaguete, but it only happened once during the entire first 14 days. So I'm just putting my blog update here.
Eating clean. Need to drink more water. Still walking sans walker. Been restricted from any weight work, because of negative pain reaction BUT got the okey doke for new hip stretches and maybe some aquatic rehab. That swimsuit may actually be worn in public (Yikes!) and be in the water! How weird is that. :)
Shred hard everybody. I'll keep trying to hit your blogs.

As a byproduct of succeeding at the goals above, my success will also be reflected in numerical data. The American Council on Exercise and says women's body fat should be between 14-31%. Weight Watchers suggest the healthy weight range for females my age: 124-148lbs.
