Day 411: A Very Cool Christmas Present - 1,000,000 Video Views!

G'day Shredders,

I'd like to wish all my Fellow Shredders and readers of this blog a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years. Thank you for your support through all the ups (mostly ups!) and downs over the last year.

Words alone can't really do justice to how grateful I am to all the kind words and positive vibes I have received from you this year.

When I started this blog 411 days ago I did have future vision of hopefully inspiring people to take action on their own physique transformation goals and dreams. However, that dream was so far off in the distance as I knew I first had get my own game in order before I could even contemplate moving other people to action.

By far the most enjoyable time for me over the last year has been the last 62 days since we kicked off the first Group Shred which has now morphed into the Shredder Council and the ShredderSphere.

We have demonstrated together the awesome power of the "mastermind principle" and the positive energy and support that comes from having like-minded people share ideas and their own personal journey in real-time.

I tip my hat to all my Fellow Shredders and trust that you will enjoy this holiday season and come back stronger in 2008 with an unshakable belief in your own ability to manifest your dreams and goals in the new year.

I have a strong feeling that 2008 is gonna be a big year for many Shredders....

My Very Cool Christmas Present!

Would you believe I passed a major milestone today?! That's right, YouTube Santa delivered 1,000,000 video views just in time for me to receive on Christmas Day! Take a look at the screenshot below.

This totally blows my mind! About 1 month ago I thought it would be cool if I hit the 1,000,000 mark before the end of this year. However, there has been a rush of views in the last 5 days that tipped the view count over the magic mark on Christmas Eve.

N.B. If you'd like to watch the videos according to the "Most Popular" just check out my new Top 10 lists on the right-hand nav bar.

M4 Shred Real-Time Accountability Non-Start: What Happened?

This is kinda embarrassing but would you believe I forgot that today is a public holiday in Japan! That's right, it is the Emperor's Birthday today and as a result my gym was closed which prevented me from getting in my Fat Loss Circuit Training workout.

However, the good news is that my gym is open on Christmas Day (not a public holiday in Japan) and the next few days after that so I will kick-start my new real-time accountability strategy tomorrow.

Shredder Council Special Edition: Coming On New Year's Eve

One more thing before I sign off today. Yesterday I discussed a Shredder Council Special Edition that I would release today. However, I had a brainwave today on how I can make my 2008 Shredder Gift much cooler!

I will need a little more time to get it done (think free video downloads!) and I will release my 2008 Shredder Gift on New Year's Eve just in time for all those New Year's Resolutions!

P.S. ShredderSphere Members will also get access to this 2008 Shredder Gift.

Live From Osaka!

Here is a wide shot of today's Day 411 picture. I had Christmas Eve dinner in downtown Osaka and thought I'd get a snap of the most famous neon area in Japan (the Running Man!)

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Until tomorrow...

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

You are such a tease, Mr. Waters! All I know is there better be some real-time accountability strategy under my "cyber" christmas tree when I wake up tomorrow morning. ;)

But seriously - congrats on the 1,000,000 views and thank you SO MUCH for everything you've done for us. The friendship of the shredder council has been one of the best presents ever. Have an incredibly wonderful and amazing Christmas!

Love, Lilla

Adam, for me it all started with your article on accountability on the BTFIC. Your article inspired me to get into daily blogging for accountability purposes. Next came the Group Shred #1 and daily accountability pics. It has exploded from there. Because of your influence I've "met" many wonderful people with a like mind. They have all become very special to me. I look forward each day to reading what each of them has been up to and I save your posts for last because you always have something wild and imaginative planned. You've inspired me to do things I didn't think I would ever do in my life and for that, I thank you. 2007 turned out to be a great year thanks to all the shredders and I know 2008 will be even better!

Season's greeting and good cheer. I'm not sure how Christmas is celebrated in Japan, but I hope you enjoy it in whatever form it takes for you.

Let's make 2008 a year to remember for all of us. I'm certainly looking at a big year as far as getting my body the way I want it. I hope we can continue to share the road to success together with all the shredders.

Christmas Cheers, Mike

Hey Adam,
Merry Christmas to you and a glorious 2008 with many goals conquered. Without you, your blog, your inspiration, I would sure be lost somewhere, eating my heart out. Now, am so obsessed with this new WOL, so enthused with getting my years-long-desired transforation, and it´s all due to you. Thanx Mate! And thanx to all my Shredder Friends...they have been like gold to me this year.
Eres el Mejor!
