G'day Shredders,

Thank you for answering the call to make 2008 the Year Of The Shred! Let's make these last 14 days of the Weekly Accountability Phase count big-time!

I must apologize though, due to an unforeseen (and very good!) event today I will not be uploading the Council Video just yet as I'm really squeezed for time.

However, the video will be up tomorrow and I will reveal the "hidden power" of the RTP Time Machine, and how you can harness this same "mysterious force" for your own transformation.

P.S. Alex came the closest to guessing the the "force" is!

P.S.S. Breaking News...Lilla has worked her magic again on another Shredder Council Certified Video! Lilla's videos always bring a smile to Shredder's faces. Maybe Lilla can do next week's Shredder Council Weekly Wrap video!? Check out Lilla's vid by clicking the image below.

M4 Shred: Day 11 of 84

Nutrition: I got in every meal today but I'm actually starting to look forward to my "reward meal" tomorrow! Amazing how it sneaks up on you like that!

Training: Today was a fairly quiet day training wise as I needed to give myself one day's rest from yesterday's training before I do Antagonistic Supersets tomorrow. I did the push-up challenge with slightly better results than previous and some ab training.

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Until tomorrow...

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Adam:
Question regarding your tuna intake - what do you mix the tuna with, as I find it pretty dry on its own, and are you concerned about the overconsumption of mercury?
thanks
Diane

Can't wait to pick up a t-shirt and possibly a new hoodie. I saw my siter wearing it when we were iChatting. It looks good, though. :)

Hi Diane, yeah I am a little concerned about that as I am in just about all other areas of my life an anti-toxin freak! For example, all the personal care products I use all certified organic.

However, short of having my own tuna farm there is not a great deal I can do about it. I would still rather get my protein from tuna than chicken or other red meat sources due to all the chemical/steroid/hormone enhancements used on these animals in the "fattening up" process.

That's very cool Christy! I saw your pic on your blog of your sister wearing the hoddie. I'll mark that down as a confirmed sighting!
