Day 432: Thank You!
G'day Shredders,
Thank you very much my fellow Shredders for your kind comments on yesterday's Shredder Sunday Episode 1. This episode was a "trial run" to test this new video approach so I'm glad you liked it!
For Episode 2 I will definitely cover more current news in the ShredderSphere as there is so much happening! If you have any ideas on how I can improve the Sunday Video or suggestions for future editions please let me know in the comments section.
P.S. I have one more idea for Shredder Sunday that I'll discuss tomorrow. (Hint: Shredder Articles!)
Day 21 of 84
Nutrition: Since today I was a public holiday in Japan I got in my meals without a hitch.
Training: As it was a public holiday my gym was closed today, so I had settle for ab training and Tae-Bo at home. Not quite the same intensity as weight training but still a decent workout nonetheless.

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.
Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.
2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.
3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Adam, all the thanks goes to you as you are the mastermind to all of this "shreddersphere".
I have an idea for future video for those that have video capabilities send them questions to answer as in an interview or if they don't have video, same thing but they answer questions that either you read or you just post on your blog (like a transcript type thing) questions about our transformation, why we started, our motivations, etc.
i will be posting my pushup video #3 today!
Hi Adam, well great job, I'm liking your videos and ideas a lot... I'm still following you.. and ready to look at the date when the next shredder-missions are coming up... well, great job with your own mission Adam, you're looking like some kind of superhero in that t-shirt, Super ShredderMan, something like that. I just can't wait for you to take all that clothes from the picture and see you with less body fat and ready for that six pack coming... well, enough talking, great job.
Adam,
You mentioned doing Tae Bo at home. Was that with a Billy Blanks video? I used to do those to change up my workout.
Debbie
You look like Batman in that shirt Adam! and you have the abs to pull it off! LOl
tea that is what i was thinking that the design on his shirt looked like batman emblem. i liked celina's "shredderman". lol
Thanks Suzette, that's a great idea! We could do Q&A every Sunday, I'm totally up for that. If interested Shredders could send me a .mov or .avi file I could insert that into the movie. Definitely!
Great work on your pushups Suzette, you have made awesome progress, imagine where you'll be by March!
Adam
Hi Celina, new Shredder missions coming very soon! I'm doing my best to do justice to these shirts, they will come off very soon - six pack under construction!
Shred on Celina,
Adam
Hi Debbie, yeah I do Tae-Bo by Billy Vlanks. My vid is about 50 mins long, great for strength and you really do work up a sweat by the end of it!
Adam
Hi Tea, I'm workin' on those abs at the moment, gotta have a set before I go to Florida!
