Day 426: Breaking News...Video Contest Winners Announced!

G'day,

Ooohhh man...this is off the Richter Scale!

How cool is that! My video titled 6 Months In 66 Seconds: The New Doctrine won the "Compelling Category" in Rich Schefren's 66 Seconds Internet Video Contest!

I am blown away and very humbled as there were a lot of great videos entered in this contest. I'd like to thank Rich Schrefren for conceiving this contest and for his awesome generosity by allowing normal people like me a shot at such a great prize (and exposure!).

The Purpose Of This Video

The purpose of this video and contest was to apply the principles Rich discusses in his landmark free report: Attention Age Doctrine 2. Rich understands the true nature of the Web 2.0 world like no one else and importantly practices what he preaches by already achieving massive success online in a very short period of time.

If you are interested in knowing what it really takes to achieve success online in the Web 2.0 era I wholeheartedly recommend you download Attention Age Doctrine 2 right now and implement Rich's suggestions "to a t".

Day 15 of 84

Nutrition: I only scored a "9" today due to lack of planning for my 3rd meal. However, it's not all bad as I had salmon sushi as a substitute (I love sushi!).

Training: Today was Fat Loss Circuit Training (Part 2) - Day 2 of Surge - along with Core Combo. I did not do a "Double Shred" today because I believe it is wise not to do cardio on a "legs" day as you may overtrain and as a consequence, hinder recovery.

Day 425: "Daily Double Shred" Goes Live!

G'day

Oooh man! The last few days have been "off the charts"!

There are two very cool things that have happened since Friday that I'd love to tell you about...but I'm unable to just yet. However, once I get confirmation that I can can go live with these "announcements" I promise you'll be the first to know!

Daily Double Shred

Today also marks the start of my Daily Double Shred which means I'll be training twice a day now - for 8 days in a 12 day program - as I kick this M4 Shred into overdrive. You can check out below what this DDS looks like on a practical level.

I've also tightened up my nutrition plan as well, and I will be incorporating more frequent "re-feeding" days now in order to retain lean body mass while burning the maximum amount of fat.

P.S. I apologize for my lack of comments recently on my fellow Shredder's blogs. I have been reading your blogs but I am still really squeezed for time - especially since I'm back at work now. I will be back soon!

Nutrition: I nailed every meal today with absolute perfect timing. I'm feeling very positive about this DDS tweaked plan.

Training: Today was Fat Loss Circuit Training Part 1 (Day 1 of Surge) along with Core Combo. I also backed up with Hybrid Cardio/Abs in the evening to complete my first DDS.

Rest Day: Today was my first full rest pre-scheduled rest day since I started on Christmas day. On these days I will give a brief text recap of my nutrition only.

Nutrition: I got in every meal today and enjoyed my first "reward meal" since I started the M4 Shred.
