Day 125: Completely Hammered!

G'day,

I barely have enough energy to write these words right now. This morning I did 40 minutes of high intensity skipping and boxing. This evening I also did 45 minutes of submiximal cardio on the treadmill and recumbant bike (along my my Abdominal Triple Series).

Needless to say I am 'destroyed' right now. The good news is that I got a personal best on my 5 km run tonight by clocking in at 28 mins 5 sec, beating my previous best by 5 seconds.

When I said that these last 14 days before my Mission 2 deadline would be the most intense of my life, I wasn't kidding. I still have another 11 days to go!

This IS what it takes to get a shredded six-pack, never let anyone tell you that its easy, it isn't. The truth may not sell as many pills, powders and 'fat burners' but I will never BS you.

I'm gonna go and crash now...

Peace,
AJ

Day 125! Wow. Just saying 125 takes a lot of work :D
Well, today I can see your back more defined and your abs are SO close! Keep it up!
umm.. would you mind taking a pic from your side view though for tomorrow? That angle helps motivate me. Thanks and keep up the awesome work!

Looking good man. I started working out recently more also, but nothing as refined as you are doing now.

You are looking more and more like your old self when I first met you (well, you were never this big.) I would like to have more of a refined diet, but I have come to tems with my beer drinking and will not kid myself that i can stop. As you know.

Peace, Josh

Thanks guys for your kind words. Yeah, I'll start taking some more side pics from now on, they motivate me as well!

How are you going Josh? Great to hear from you man. I really think you have mesomorphic tendancies (able to gain muscle quickly), if you did cut out the booze for a while I reckon you would 'rip up' in no time. This is because you always maintained a great physique even with drinking beer.

I don't drink much anymore (only 3 drinks on New Years Eve this year) and that has made a massive difference for me.

Looking forward to catching up with you again one day mate, you were the best friend I ever had in Japan.

Cheers,
Adam
