Day 338: Celina, Suzette & James Nailed It! "Spy Pics" Of My Semi-Secret Project Revealed...
G'day,
Yesterday I discussed my new "semi-secret" project for the first time. As the idea for this project came from visitors to this blog I put out a 24-hour challenge to guess exactly what it is I have been working on.
Here were the responses to the Day 337 blog post:

Can't wait to see what the project is.. just to try to guess; I can only remember the merchandise thing I think Kristiina said, or maybe you already coaching someone? I don't know, I'm just guessing.. anyway, do I see bigger pecs? and delts? man, now that you're shredding I can see a lot of difference in your pecs and arms, of course mid section too, but hey, you look bigger.

That would be "your grateful cyber-friend, Christy," who had the awesome idea of an "RTP" T-shirt! That's my guess!

My guess is that it's the Powerful Reason Why Report. It already seems impressive, I have no idea where you find the time, but it definitely looks good :)

Celina, Suzette And James Got It Spot On!
Thanks guys for taking a stab at what this new project is. I gotta give a shout out to Celina, Suzette and James for getting it 100% correct! The funny thing is that Christy didn't quite nail it, even though Christy was the one who finally convinced me to do it! That's right Christy, you were!
I have designed RTP Apparel (along with some other goodies!) specifically for real-time physique transformers who aim to transform their mind, body and life in the shortest time possible!
I Am A "Slave" To Photoshop!
As you can probably tell from the graphics on this blog I spend a lot of time working in Photoshop to try and create the highest quality images (my body not included!) that get the message across in a simple but effective manner.
In fact I probably spend more time working in Photoshop than I do working out in the gym! I have applied that same philosophy to the soon-to-be released RTP Apparel.
I have spent many hours visualizing, brainstorming and creating this gear with the goal of having prospective customers proud to wear it AND live the real-time physique concept. The bottom line is I want you to feel excited about going to the gym while visualizing the incremental progress you are making every day (in real-time).
Only The Highest Quality Images Used
Just so you know, I have only used the highest quality images (300 DPI) on these products from many well-known brands such as Hanes and American Apparel so you will be able to Eat Clean, Shred Hard and Think BIG with confidence!
I have also just put in a bulk order myself. My RTP Apparel will be arriving from the USA very soon. I gotta practice what I preach! If I don't wear the gear myself how can I expect anyone else to!
Here Are The "Spy Pics"
Ok, enough with the build-up! Time to show you some "spy pics" of the gear I am talking about. These pictures are real-time screenshots taken from the RTP Store as I actually went "live" a couple of days ago so my sister (advisor) could give me some feedback.
Men's RTP Training Organic Cotton Tee - Front and Back
Ladies RTP Training Jr. Hoodie - Front and Back
So, What Do You Think?
My sister gave me a big thumbs up and now it is time to get your feedback before I launch! Please feel free to post your honest evaluation of the gear in the comments section of this nlog post. I will take your advice and suggestions on board and respond to each individual comment.
Until tomorrow...
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT
P.S. I'll release some more "spy pics" tomorrow of the RTP Casual Gear selection. I'll also incorporate your requests/responses into some other apparel designs if there is demand for it.
P.S.S. Below are Day 338 pics for October 12, 2007: Mission 3 Phase 2 - Day 43 of 70

I just knew it! Awesome idea, Christy! I think she should get a complimentary shirt for such a great idea! The other ideas were good, too!
My suggestion would be to put the RTP on the front big like you have your "motto" and put the "motto" on the back like you have the RTP.
Or put the rtp logo in front on left side (like the hoodie) with the motto big on the back.
Just some ideas.
nice project...its currently the same thing i wish to accomplish w/ graphic clothing...it looks very good...i agree w/ suzette that the designs should be flipped...but u dont need a big rtp logo on the front (just the same size as the hoodie) and maybe a really slick design for the back. nothing really corny, but something that appeals to the eye. if i come up w/ a design, i'll totally let u know :) overall tho, good job w/ the progress of all these factors!
Great Adam, can't wait to wear it! Congratulations...again.!!!
Hi Suzette, you are right! Christy will get a complimentary t-shirt if she would like one!
Great suggestions, I'll have some more pics to show you in today's post that incorporate your suggestions.
Cheers,
Adam Waters
Thanks Min, I have few other designs in which the front/back are flipped. If you come up with something definitely let me know!
Cheers,
Adam Waters
Awesome Celina, thanks for your kind words.
Cheers,
Adam Waters
Fantastic Adam, well done. I think your designs are wonderful. Simple, striking, powerful and meaningful.
As you said, frightening how parallel our journey's are. I've also got clothing which I use in my gym in South Africa.
Take a look at my blog.
I'm absolutely not trying to compete BTW, my stuff is only available in South Africa, and is part of an integrated marketing campaign for my business MindBodySuperfit.
I wish you only the best and I'm certain this is another step on the road to making your dreams come true.
Good for you mate.
Hey Great Idea. I was thinking you should go even bigger than just a few T-shirts but maybe a sports bag or water bottle? Like maybe even underarmor/skins? You always wearing other peoples clothing in your photos. Now you get to wear your own! What would you want to wear Adam?
I was hoping it was the t-shirt, but if it wasn't I didn't want to be pushy. Thanks, Suzette and Adam. I'd love a t-shirt, but I want to BUY my shirt and SUPPORT the cause. This is SO GREAT. I think it looks fantastic and very clean. BUT the other really great opportunity in merchandising is BRANDING. Consider adding the rtp-blog.com under the LOGO you will benefit tremendously from onlookers and avoid potential intellectual property issues with resort technology partners and a few other rtp related companies. And what is REALLY great about you selling merchandise with RTP, Real Time Physique and your SLOGAN Eat Clean, Shread Hard, Think Big, (especially in multiple countries) is that it establishes first use in commerce (and on the net) which will help you with trademark applications (or even if you forgo that) copycatters later. Just in case you decide to go into infomercials or this snowballs into something big like. I have many thoughts along these lines. This is already too long. I'm very psyched and cannot wait to buy my hoodie sweatshirt. Let me know when your store is open and I would accept the honor of being the first in line to buy. :-)
Hey Adam,
I agree with Christi, you have to squeece your blog address in somewhere. If you have the "motto" on the back then you could have it underneath that in smaller letters or in red on the fron have the RTP vertically in bold and then the rest of the word after each bold letter.
Hey, I'm no designer so please take these ideas with a pinch of salt.
I know there is only so much you can do at once but I love wearing the cryfit tops to the gym so it would be amazing to get them made in that material if these go down a storm.
Final thought, will the designes be transfer types or embroidered? I know the later is probably a lot more expensive but it looks much better and last much much longer.
Great idea though and I will look forward to the other designs later. Right I'm gonna finsh by breakfast and watch you part II video whilst eating!! Have a great weekend mate and make sure you find a couple of hours to chillout and kickback.
Take care,
Andrew
All great ideas! I have a feeling Christy is on to something in regards to branding. You two should hook up and brainstorm those ideas!
I also think her character shows through in that she would rather buy that first shirt instead of accepting a free one. thank you, Christy!
