Day 342: RTP Physique Transformation Coaching Service Coming Soon?

G'day,

The answer to this question is up to you!

Please allow me to explain...

Back in July 2007 I conducted an online poll over 30 days (screen capture below) regarding interest in a RTP Online Physique Transformation Coaching Service.

From 50 respondents, 44 people answered yes!

I have now decided to take the next step by gathering data on genuine interest and coaching parameters.

First Come, First Served

In order to be first in line if/when the RTP Online Physique Transformation Coaching Service goes "live" register your interest now by clicking on the link below.

*If the spots do fill up to capacity I'll accept people into the program in accordance with when they registered, i.e. first come, first served.

I Will Lay Out My Whole System

I will be laying out my whole physique transformation system in this program, no stone will be left unturned!

I will cover everything from mindset, goal-setting, accountability structure, advanced weight training techniques, hybrid cardio, six-pack shredding, advanced nutrition strategies, Web 2.0 techniques (blogging, YouTube, etc) and a whole lot more.

Just wait till you see what I've got in store for you!

This Is A Physique Transformation Program,
Not A Personal Training Service

There is a major difference between regular personal training and physique transformation.

The biggest problem I have personally had with personal trainers in the past is that many of them focus solely on techniques and NOT strategy.

If a trainer does not address the underlying psychological issues a client has then even the "world's best" diet and workout plan is not gonna help them transform their body.

There is a big reason why I constantly talk about transforming your MIND, body and life...in that order. Every decision and action you take (or don't take) begins in the mind first. Put simply, if you can't get your head right then how can you expect your body to follow?

Body For Life Is A Perfect Example

Think about this. The biggest selling fitness book of all time is Body for Life which has sold upwards of two million copies worldwide. However, there are only a relative handful of people who have read the book and then proceeded to transform their bodies.

How do I know this? Well, when I successfully transformed my body back in July 2000 I received a BFL certificate stating that I was in the Top 3%. Bear in mind this Top 3% was people who only finished the 12 weeks, regardless of whether they made a transformation.

Think about that. Everyone who reads that book is getting the exact same information. There is only one edition of BFL, there is not one version for successful transformations and one for people who didn't finish (or even start).

Core Psychological Issues Must Be Addressed First

The main reason I believe that so many people don't get it done is because they have not addressed the core psychological issues I was referring to earlier. When I start the RTP Physique Transformation Service you can bet your life that this will be the first area I tackle with every new client.

I won't even discuss workouts or nutrition until we can get your head right first. We will then develop an overall strategy based on key concepts like accountability, visualization and discipline. Workout and nutrition techniques will only be discussed after our strategy is mapped out.

The RTP Coaching Program Is NOT For Everyone

If you are seeking a basic workout/meal plan this is probably not the program for you. You would be better off seeking out other online personal trainers for these kind of plans.

I only want to work with people who are very serious about a full-blooded physique transformation. Your current condition is not a concern, as long you have an intense desire to transform your mind, body and life in the shortest time possible I'll work with you.

One more thing, on Day 177 I did receive my Personal Trainer Certification from NESTA so you can rest assured that I do understand physique transformation/fitness from a theoretical standpoint as well as practical.

Until tomorrow...

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

P.S. My brother took my pics today (instead of using the timer function) so I've got a goofy grin on my face, sorry about that!

P.S.S. Below are Day 342 pics for October 16, 2007: Mission 3 Phase 2 - Day 47 of 70

Hi Adam! Well, I can see you're getting closer and closer each time to reach your dreams! Sometimes we don't know how much we can get from being disciplined and putting our hearts into what we WANT for our lives! As the days go by I find you more and more inspiring, so thanks again for that. Also, I wanted to tell you that I couldn't send you the survey, it keeps telling me that I have the incorrect word... anyway, I'll keep trying.

Hi Celina, thanks for your kind words and for the "heads up" about the form. I have now taken out the "Challenge Image" so it should work fine.

Cheers,

Hey Adam,

Have taken a minute (I know you do not have many free ones currently) to flick back a few photos. Look at the progress on your lower abs between today 342 and 337 only 5 days ago.

Nice one!!

Take care,

Andrew

I knew I had to get my mind setup first, like having a clear goal and also a list of reasons why, I read it in BFFM and also in your reports, and guess what? I have started metabolic without having done it, and still haven't done it! I'm opening myself for failure!
I know that I have some reasons to do it and what my general goals are, but haven't taken the time to write it down or really think it through to find out everything, I feel I still need to do it in order to make sure I don't drop off sometimes.

Thanks for the ever reminder. This program sounds good, and focusing on the mindset at the start is a good thing, if I had a coach forcing me to do it I would of course have done it, with no choice, but with ebooks, the pressure is not exactly the same!!

Thanks Andrew for your kind words mate. I can see a little more def in the ab area in a few recent pics, just gotta get the last row of abs to co-operate! I know they are are, I just have to peel off that last layer of fat. Speaking of which, its now time to go and do some HIIT cardio!

Catch ya,
Adam Waters

You are right on the money James, everything you do (or don't do) first flows from the mind. Single daily actions are borne out of single daily (even hourly) decisions that have their origin in your mind.

The bottom line is that I will endeavour to create a physique transformation program that I myself could have used successfully in the 6 yeras I tried and failed to get in shape.

Cheers,
Adam Waters
