Day 343: RTP Coaching Update: You Guys Are Thinking BIG!


Wow! What a response!

Yesterday I put up a RTP Online Physique Transformation Expression Of Interest Form (link goes to RTP Portal).

I received a massive amount of interest from all 4 corners of the globe.

Quite honestly I am shocked (and humbled) not only at the response but also the effort you guys put in to fill out the optional "Ideas You'd Like To See Incorporated Into The Program" box.

Here are just a few of the ideas you guys came up with:

  • A RTP Challenge conducted in-house to reward those people who make a full-blooded transformation in the pre-determined time period.
  • The RTP Challenge Prize being an overseas trip or the opportunity to train with me (very humbling).
  • Online interactivity between members via forums and accountability journals.
  • RTP Store merchandise discounts for those members who participate in the "real-time coaching" component.
  • Online video tutorials for movie-making and Photoshop (not only Blogger, YouTube).
  • Assistance with creating your very own "time-lapse video" like 84 Days In 48 Seconds.
  • Tips on how to promote and distribute your "time-lapse video" with an eye to starting your own fitness career (that's a biggie!).
In the midst of all these great ideas I have decided to update the RTP Online Physique Transformation Expression Of Interest Form to include these awesome suggestions on the form.

Please Note: If you have already filled out the form you can fill out the updated version if you like. Either way, do not worry! Your original place in the queue is assured.

Ok, time for me to get some sleep...hopefully I'll dream as big as you guys have!

Hey Adam,

Sounds like you have take off to me!! And some fantastic ideas have come through as well. I think in the form you have public / private votes about 6 packs etc. I am concentrating as much on my body fat loss as I am on increasing my fitness levels so maybe throw in some sort of fitness tests that can be performed in local gyms with the aid of a gym instructor so that you are able to gauge your overall fitness levels, much like the Ultra Fit challenge that is going in both the UK and Australia. It is pretty instensive but there are different levels for abilities. You are destroyed by the end of it as it works your whole body but in a strange way it is actually really fun too!!!

This is so exciting! Even if I can't participate this sounds so exciting and can't wait to see it come to "life"! i cool idea i shared was some kind of instant messaging group like on yahoo messenger as it has webcam and call features and ability to share photos instantly also. this would be considered "real-time"!
