Hi Adam, yes I think you are right about maybe fallen off a bit. I personally found that I had a little competeitve factor going on in the 14 day shred. Not with anyone else but the challenge of having to do everything required on a daily basis to be in the game. The mind really is the biggest obstacle and learning to use it properly is a big challenge.
For me I will continue to srtive foward everyday. Without the support of everyone here I would find it alot harder. So please know that all comments to my blog are truly appreciated even if I don't get time to comment on yours.
Go hard go strong go foward.
Happy shredding.

Nice video as usual dude!
Especially agree about the mind set!
Our best friend/enemy is our own mind.
Cannot change from outside if we do not change first inside!

Hey adam, you're right and if I guessed it right, all of us fallen off the wagon to some extent after the 14 days. I think it's just too much focus and then when it's over we just sorta let go.

Now I set a longer time period and learn to pace myself. Then it'll be much better.

So true! There sure was a mental let down for me. Getting sick sure was a downer for me as well, which sent me on a letdown. But, I am not worried about it. I am ready for the next phase. I am gearing up mentally for the long haul on "chasing" this next "storm."

Hello Adam,
I am not sure if I sent my pictures to the right e-mail. Please let me know.
Thanks

I can definitely see where there would be a letdown, but that's why I set my goal at 100 days rather than 14--wanted to maintain the momentum I was going to build (and did build) over those 14 days. I've continued to make progress, even after the 14 days ended. No letdown over here this time, thought it has been a major problem in the past.

Adam, thank you for doing such a great job on our profiles and another really great, from-the-heart video.

I am very excited to hear about your Mission 4. The even more pressure part you alluded to in previous posts makes me a little nervous. But I keep telling myself, Adam thrives under pressure. It's positive pressure. But I still worry you don't get enough rest, and then I can tell you're up late putting together our profiles, because I can see the times in my RSS and I know you have to work during the day. But I won't say don't work too hard, because that would be annoying. So I will say,

• I am excited for your next mission.
• I am grateful for your hard work.
• I am impressed by your determination.
• I am in AWE of the amount of pressure you can withstand and thrive under.
• I have utter faith that you know what's best for you.
• I support you 110%.
• And I want you to enjoy every ounce of rest you allow yourself and then add a few extra minutes here and there if you get a chance. And if you're Mission has a little wiggle room and you think it will work to your benefit maybe factoring in like a RESTFUL rest day. Not like those rest days where you're at the computer archiving your blog and answering questions and the like. Unless that is how your relax. That's cool. But maybe adding something like a massage? Okay. I'm pushing it. :) Argh. I couldn't help it. But I just think it's important and maybe you're doing it, but its not in your blog, and if YOU ARE already doing it maybe you could mention it in your blog, because I think it is a very important component to fitness, health, and stress management. (I am very passionate about REST for reasons that I've spoken about way too much already. lol )

I know. I'm turning into a real Nap Nagger. It's just my way of showing I care.

Eat clean, Shred hard, Think Big, and REST WELL! lol
