Day 377: Guess Where I'll Be On Day 500!
G'day,
I had two victories today!
My First M4 Deadline Met!
1) I made my first deadline for M4: Judgment Day (Day 500) with over 1 hour to spare! That has to be a record for me as I have a habit of leaving important things until the last minute (like catching international flights!)
My First M4 "Victory" In The Gym
2) I grinded out another "victory" tonight in the gym by upping the tempo/intensity/increments of my circuit training workout compared to my session yesterday.
Believe it or not, I already feel more focused that at any time throughout the whole of M3. Your end goal for a specific physique transformation really does play a massive role in your motivation!
On the flipside, things are still a little crazy around here at the moment as I begin the task of organizing and creating M4 goals, accountability structure, stats and graphics. I promise they will be uploaded on Day 380 this Friday.
Which Foreign Country?
Before I sign off I'll put up a little factoid about which foreign country I will be on M4:Judgment Day. Here's a hint, the timezone for this country 14 hours behind "RTP Time". Can you guess where I'll be?
Until tomorrow...
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Hey mate,
You look great, that rest looks like it has done it's job?! What did you up your circuit too?
My guess has to be the US, specifically I will go for New York?
Take care mate,
Andrew
Well, the US has multiple time zones, so my guess is a country that only has that one time zone. I figure it's somewhere in the Caribbean. My first guess has to be the Bahamas, but maybe one of the other English speaking islands with great beaches. Barbados?
Anyway, can't wait to see your goals for M4. Plane tickets and tons of positive pressure! It's going to be a wild ride.
Adam, our time difference is 14 hours and I'm in the USA! I say you're headed near me (or could be Canada or Mexico as well). You are just so sweet to come visit me! LOL. I'm sure it'll be in a city more exciting than where I'm at. I know New York City is also on my time zone!! Start spreadin' the news....I'm leavin' today... I'll stop, trust me, you don't want to hear me sing!
Debbie
Ok, like the others mentioned, it has to be the U.S. I am very near Debbie and we could surely meet somewhere near...Detroit would be close enough for me, but New York sounds more exciting! And of course Joni is in the same time zone also! Ok an eastern U.S. Shredder meeting sounds good! Can't wait to find out! The excitement builds!!!

Where are you going after you finish Mission 4?
Adam
I'm going to Disney World!
Does anybody else remember that commercial?
Let's all go to Disney World.
M-I-C

K-E-Y
Y? because we like you ....
M--O--U--S--E.
Hey Adam,
Could it be MADRID? Don´t know about the time zone, but you "could" stop on your way and see the Prado Museum and ME! You would love Spain that is for sure, and could give me some tips on how to do this challenge even better.
Hope it´s a good vacation whereever you decide to go! Just remember, that SPAIN IS DIFFERENT!
Lynda
Disney World! of course! oh yes, i remember that commercial/song, Christy! March 22 could fall on Spring Break. hummmm. could i talk the husband into a spring break vacation to disney world?! lol! Can't wait to hear where Adam is going!
Yeah I agree with everyone - that is Easter Time Zone woo hoo us. Definite shredder council face-to-face meeting upcoming I can see it now.... :) First annual convention! I was planning on having to come to Osaka! :)
ha ha ha just re-read my post. Not Easter time zone, Eastern!! Not the time zone of bunnies...I was so excited I can't even type!
I'll guess the US. Haha, I don't know about the different time zones within though. New york or LA maybe?
If it is a beach vacation trip In April I would think that the easter US coast would still be cold. Therefore I think that Orlando Florida, Daytona Beach, key west, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Aruba, Jaimaica or Nassau Islands would be the place to be.
Japan is GMT+9 and internet tells me that countries with timezone GMT-5 are: Cayman Islands, Colombia, Ecuador, Haiti, Jamaica, Panama, Peru. Is internet lying to me???
Good guesses but I'm sorry to disappoint you all. Adam is coming to Hawaii as my personal trainer for some shredding and surfing!
Adam, lmk what time you're landing and I'll pick you up at the airport.
:D
Andrew, you are very very close mate (actually half right!)
AJ
Hi Raiden, wow Barbados sounds very cool (or should I say warm!)
AJ
Hi Debbie, you just about nailed it! Can you sing the next chorus please (I don't know the rest!)
AJ
Hi Suzette, maybe we could hold our first "Shredder Council Board Meeting"!
Adam
Haha Christy, I think I've been in my own Disneyland for a while now, but the real thing would be way cooler!
Adam
Hi Lynda, we could also do a cardio workout in Spain (running with the bulls!)
AJ
Hi Joni, not far off, I think it will be Easter at that time!
AJ
Hi Miriam, is Florida that much warmer than upper East Coast even during March?
AJ
Hi James, I think the Internet is playing games with you (or maybe me!)
AJ
Hi Lilla, shredding and surfing! Sounds like a very cool vacation. I did some malibu surfing on Waikiki once, it was pretty tough with the extra 20 kg's though!
AJ
So New Jersey then?
You may have just blown my cover mate!
AJ
Wait a second what the heck is in New Jersey? Okay, it has to be some fitness thing, not like vactioney. You said it would be a workout. Are you doing an Ironman thing? Or like a body building competition. If my Internet was so sucky I would totally be googling that stuff right now. Luckily the answer will be posted soon.
