Day 380: Milestone - 750,000 Video Views!

G'day,

Back on Day 331 I blogged about reaching 500,000 combined views of my accountability videos on YouTube. Well, today I passed 750,000 views! Never in my wildest dreams did I think my videos would be seen by that many people.

Below is a screenshot of my YouTube account that shows 750,168 views as of November 22, 2007.

If you'd like to receive instant alerts when new videos are uploaded (much more to come!) you can subscribe to my RTP VIP Newsletter (with free bonus report) at www.RTP-VIP.com or you can watch these videos on my blog at the RTP Video Archive.

Thank You YouTubers

I would also like to say thank you to everyone that has watched and taken the time comment (over 2000 comments in total) on my videos.

I know from the personal messages I have received from people that these videos have inspired people to start (or complete) their own fat loss journey. Quite honestly, that is the greatest thrill for me, just knowing that I may have inspired other people to take action on their goals.

Before I sign off today I'll leave you with HQ versions of my most popular "time lapse" videos that are not presently available on YouTube (or anywhere else!)

180 Days In 18 Seconds - Time Lapse Weight Loss

Daily pictures from September 24, 2007 to March 24, 2007 (180 Days!)

The "time-lapse" portion of this video was recently broadcast to 5,000,000 million to Japan on NHK TV before it was uploaded onto this blog!

N.B.People who have read my special report, My Biggest Secret at RTP-VIP.com will be familiar with the "earlier" pictures and blog.

M2 Judgement Day
- The Six-Pack Verdict

94 Responses from 22 Countries over 12 hours to my public vote on my blog as to whether my midsection qualified as a six-pack. At stake is my $1500 pre-paid "redemption trip" to Phuket. The following takes place on March 24, 2007. Events occur in real-time.

*Warning: This video is very intense!

=============================================

136 Days In 12 Seconds
- Time Lapse Body Transformation

Exactly as the title says. I took a picture every day for 136 days between Nov 8, 2006 and March 24, 2007 and then put them back to back in a high speed montage. Each 24 hour period is represented by a picture of 0.3 seconds in length.

Buckle your seat belt!

84 Days In 48 Seconds
: Time Lapse Body Transformation

A picture a day for 84 days (except for a few rest days). I was inspired by the "guy takes picture of himself every day for 6 years video." I thought...why not apply that concept to my whole body rather than just my face. This video is the result.

The time period is between Nov 8, 2006 and Jan 31, 2007 across 3 countries, Japan, Australia and Hong Kong. My goal for this mission (No.1) was to eat a chocolate birthday cake while holding a six-pack of abs (NOT beer!) for my 33rd birthday on February 1, 2007.

This video is also a tribute to my mentors. Without them I would still be stumbling around like I had for the previous 6 years of failed attempts to get in shape.

=============================================

Until tomorrow...

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

P.S. Official M4 Graphics coming very soon...my brain is fried from organizing and creating these M4 graphics.

Adam, every day when I check out your blog, but especially today's video, I am deeply moved by what you have achieved and the incredible amount of work you have put into your transformation. You have found such an intelligent modus operandi to help people get their lives back, that I feel humbled at my own feeble efforts compared with your mammoth project.
I am inspired by you more than you'll ever know, and in a completely non arrogant way, the only way I can repay you is with the quality of my own transformation. You have opened up a new world for me (blogging) which I now love, and my commitment to you in my own contract on day one is stronger than ever. You lit the flame which I will keep burning brightly.
Thank you my friend.

Adam, I'm with Dougal. A big reason I want to succeed in my first mission is to make you proud. You are an inspiration to me. You are the reason I started a daily blog. You are the reason I continue to take daily pictures. I am modelling my mission after the master shredder himself, you. I'm thankful that I found your blog.

Gday Adam,

You've done really well mate. Hey mate I just wondered something. You said some confidentiality agreement thing back a few weeks ago and you prob can't say...but are you gonna get your own tv show? That would unreal.

You could help soo many people.

Are you still working your full time job or are you selling enough ebooks now? And tshirts and things? Not you personally, thats your business mate....

Just wondering, I mean youre an online fitness pioneer now, what advice would you have for a young bloke, if I did something along your lines, hard yards and smarts applied, could you make a living off of online inspiration like yours? Just wondered mate, maybe these questions are too personal

Thanks Massimiliano for your kind words mate. Everything happens for a reason mate, it is no accident that the Shredder Council found each other.
Shred On bro,
AJ

Hi, yeah I was to be a US TV show but the show got axed! I'm still at full-time job, my goal is to work myself out of this job.

eBook commissions are good but not enough right now to go full-time with this. My advice would be to make the excercise, mindset and nutrition your priority because without that this kind of thing won't work.

Once you get that down all you need is the content, pictures and web cam videos. The quality of your work will "sell" itself. I don't do any promotion of this blog other than YT vids, no paid traffic or ads. Word will spread if you practice what you preach every day and make a full-blooded physique transformation.

Hope this helps,
Adam Waters

Hey Adam.

I was just looking at day 381 pic and can even see a differance just in the last 5 days.

When you reached day 84 I thought you had achieved every thing but now looking back I can see just where your missions are leading.

I can now understand that before was all about body fat and now its all about muscle. Before I would have said "youve only got 120 days to go, thats not long enough!" You have proven that 120 days is long enough to do something BIG.

Well done for how far you have gone, I cant wait for the day 500 pics.

Stu.

Thanks Stu, I can't wait either mate! 120 days is definitely long enough I feel (but time will tell!)
