Day 392: Introducing The ShredderSphere - Breaking News From My Fellow Shredders!

G'day Shredders,

Oooohhh man, I can already feel DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) kicking in from yesterday's Stretch-Pause Training (SPT) on chest, back, biceps and calves!

SPT Focused "Pain"

The pain is mostly centered in the muscular areas targeted by the "stretch accentuated set" of each "mini-set". For example, the "webbing" of my chest and the "core" of my back is where the pain is due to the "stretch position" of Dumbell Flyes and Cable Rows.

Tonight I hit quadriceps, hamstrings, shoulders and triceps for Part 2 of SPT and got in a quality workout, though I did have adjust weight increments "on the fly" as I underestimated my own strength a few times. What a great problem to have!

Introducing The ShredderSphere!

Before I sign off, I had an idea today! With so many awesome blogs from my fellow Shredders I have decided to start the ShredderSphere (get it?), to highlight "Breaking News" from my fellow Shredders.

ShredderSphere updates will be posted in that day's RTP Blog entry along with an archive of ShredderSphere Breaking News that can be accessed from the right-hand navigation bar. Check it out below!

Raiden has recently finished his first 12 week physique transformation mission! Congratulations mate! Go to Raiden's Return To Form Blog and see it for yourself!

We have a new Shredder on the block! James from Australia is off to a great start AND taking daily pictures. Check out James' BFL Blog and offer your support.

Michael, a highly valued member of the Shredder Council has just wrapped up his first audio podcast! I have listened to it and Michael is a natural!

Check out Rod's Fat Burn Blog. Rod is another Shredder from Oz who has just posted very impressive 9-week progress pictures. Way to go mate!

Joni, one of our resident Shredders from the East Coast has released a cool video that documents her journey from the Original Group Shred date (October 26, 2007).
Until tomorrow...

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

P.S. I have decided to temporarily take down the "huge" M4 Goal Graphic that I uploaded yesterday. I will spend the next few days re-working a more streamlined version and have it done by Day 395.

P.S.
S. Below are my Day 392 pics for December 5, 2007: Mission 4 - Day 17 of 125.

Hello Adam. Your journey has been a huge inspiration for me. I'm currently on the same journey, using Tom Venuto's book, wich has some brilliant theories!

I'm on day 6, and I can already see minor changes! Most of all to my arms. Muscles are getting more defined every time. Virtually my whole day revolves around fitness at the moment, and I know I'm going to get amazing results.

I just wanted to thank you. You are truly great.

G'day dalsgaard, thanks for your kind words mate. Yeah Tom V has brilliant theories but also a lot of practical advice too.

Total immersion in fitness is the way to go man, especially when you want to transform quickly. Shred on!

Hey Adam, love the idea of the "ShredderSphere". Not only is it nice to highlight all the happenings from the ShredderSphere, but it'll drive more spin-off traffic to the ShredderBlogs and increase that accountability factor! Thanks for the shout-out.

Adam! Thanks for the link =) Sadly, I only wish I were in Australia - I'm actually in the Eastern USA. But on the bright side, that puts me in just about the right area if the ECSS comes about - it's all about motivation, man!
