Day 425: "Daily Double Shred" Goes Live!

G'day

Oooh man! The last few days have been "off the charts"!

There are two very cool things that have happened since Friday that I'd love to tell you about...but I'm unable to just yet. However, once I get confirmation that I can can go live with these "announcements" I promise you'll be the first to know!

Daily Double Shred

Today also marks the start of my Daily Double Shred which means I'll be training twice a day now - for 8 days in a 12 day program - as I kick this M4 Shred into overdrive. You can check out below what this DDS looks like on a practical level.

I've also tightened up my nutrition plan as well, and I will be incorporating more frequent "re-feeding" days now in order to retain lean body mass while burning the maximum amount of fat.

P.S. I apologize for my lack of comments recently on my fellow Shredder's blogs. I have been reading your blogs but I am still really squeezed for time - especially since I'm back at work now. I will be back soon!

M4 Shred
Day 15 of 84

Nutrition: I nailed every meal today with absolute perfect timing. I'm feeling very positive about this DDS tweaked plan.

Training: Today was Fat Loss Circuit Training Part 1 (Day 1 of Surge) along with Core Combo. I also backed up with Hybrid Cardio/Abs in the evening to complete my first DDS.

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Adam,
You're a beast! I can barely get through one workout a day, much less two! Maybe I'll be there in a year or so....anyway, good luck, get rest, and catch ya soon!

I'm dying to know what those two cool things are. I'm not gonna guess, because I'm such a bad guesser. Okay, two guess. 1) Did you get the pony? 2) Can you stop time? But seriously, you better be able to tell soon. :)

Two workouts. Hmmm. Would you be preparing to be seen by an ever LARGER audience than before maybe?

My Firefox browser keeps freezing when I come to this site now? I only can got to one entry at a time and if I try to go to the Shredder Council pages, it dies fast.

Is this happening to anybody else but me?

Christy, you didn't, by chance, install Skype recently or upgrade an existing copy? If so, that's the cause.

Adam, I'm going to have to do this hybrid cardio/abs workout you've been doing man, I want to strengthen that core! You look awesome man. Still making such incredible improvements. You're an inspiration.

I love the hybrid cardio/abs!

Christy,
My computer doesn't freeze but it takes a long time to load the main page, so I've just been hitting the most recent post.

Michael, I am running Skype. I didn't upgrade it recently, but could it have auto-updated? Would it help to make sure I quit out of Skype when I come to this site?

Thanks Lilla, I'm gonna do the just view one post thing until I can fix it.

Thanks guys!

Hi guys, I use a Safari/Firefox combo and I do have some trouble with FF on this site sometimes and I have not updated Skype recently, not sure what the problem is.

Thank you very much Suzette, Lilla and Alex. Yes, its true I did win the "Compelling" category in Rich Schefren's 66 Second Contest. I'm extremely pumped and very grateful,

Thanks Michael, yeah I have found this combo of Hybrid Cardio/Abs works well because it prevents adaption and gets the benefit of caloric burn during and after your cardio by mixing HIIT with Steady State.
