Day 449: The M4 Pressure Cooker!

G'day Shredders,

One year ago today was the final day of Mission 1! After 6 long years in self-delusional solitary confinement I had finally completed my "comeback"!

I still have very fond memories of this day as it really did symbolize a major turning point of my life. I felt an enormous sense of pride for the first time in a long time because I set a goal...and actually followed through!

If you'd like to read further about how I was feeling on this day my original Day 84 Blog Post says it all!

The "Positive Pressure" Is On!

To be honest I have no time to reminisce right now because I am deep into M4 and the stakes are higher than they have ever been. I now have exactly 51 days left of M4 to carve out a genuine sixer that I have been obsessing about for the last 7 years!

To add even more "positive pressure" Tom Venuto, the Master Shredder himself will be testing my pain tolerance level in a major way on Day 500 in his gym in New Jersey!

"Stacking up" in this workout with Tom is THE major driving force of my life right now. I spend every waking hour visualizing (and nailing!) this workout with Tom right down to the finest detail!

Shredder Pressure!

If this is not enough "positive pressure" my fellow Hardcore Shredders from the Shredder Council and I will also be meeting up in New York for our own Judgment Day Training Session and Summit Meeting!

What A Pressure Cooker!

The truth is I wouldn't have it any other way, as this type of "positive pressure" has been the major factor in any success I've had since I started this journey 449 days ago.

P.S. In keeping with this "positive pressure" theme my shirt will stay off for the next 51 days. Rain, hail or shine I will hold my midsection accountable every single day from here on out!

P.S.S. Guess what!? Tomorrow is my birthday, and I just got confirmation that I will receive THE coolest birthday present you could ever imagine! Can you guess what it is?

Day 38 of 84

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

I would say your trip to Florida is going to be pretty exciting. Is it close enough to your b-day? my next guess would be a family member coming to visit you.
I remember this day last year. I didn't make very many comments in the beginning but was sure inspired by you to push on with my own weight loss goals!
staying on the path you are on each year can only get better than the last! Now you have us shredders to follow along with you!

I thankful I found your blog. How can I e-mail you? I would like to know what allowed you to change your discipline overnight when you began this program. I try to start new programs all the time, but have difficulty sticking to them. It appears overnight your level of discipline went from 0 - 10. What mechanism allowed you to flip that switch?

Mark, Adam is likely to say "accountability". I can tell you that accountability via a blog has been the thing that did it for me.
