Day 483: Milestone - 1.5 Million Video Views!

G'day Shredders,

What a day! After a marathon flight from Florida (via San Francisco) totaling 15 hours of continuous flying time I arrived back in Japan at 5:00 PM (after leaving Florida at 5:00 AM the previous day!).

As soon I got home I logged in to my YouTube Account to see some great news, today I passed 1,500,000 video views for all my YouTube Videos!

Below is a screenshot of my YouTube Account as of March 5, 2008 showing 1,511,311 total video views.

To mark this milestone I have (finally!) uploaded my Burn The Fat, Feed The Mind preview video with Tom Venuto and myself discussing the key components of rapid-fire physique transformation.

In this preview Tom and I discuss why counting portion sizes only (and not calories) is detrimental to your fat burning potential in the early stages of your physique transformation.

=====================================================

The full audio seminar is available to download on MP3 and PDF transcript for new Shredders who purchase Tom's eBook, Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) via my blog at http://www.RTP-BFFM.com

Click here to learn more about my personal experience with BFFM and the RTP/BFFM Bonus Pack which also includes the RTP Supplement Report for Master Shredders.

Enjoy!

P.S. I'm currently working on an ECSS 2008 preview video which will feature The New York Four in pre-shred mode...stay tuned!

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT
