Day 502: M2 Deja'Vu - RTP Time Machine Special Edition

G'day Shredders,

One year ago on this day (March 24, 2007), the most intense 24 hours of my life transpired.

As you may know I held a "live vote" on my blog where I asked visitors to vote YES or NO as to whether my midsection qualified as a six-pack.

Why Did I Do It?

I used this vote as an accountability tool to increase the "positive pressure" on myself during M2 to get the job done...and it worked! I recently discussed this "Redemption & Reveal" accountability method on Episode 7 of Shredder Sunday last week if you'd like to learn more about how you can implement this strategy yourself.

Vote Parameters

At stake was my $1,500 pre-paid "Redemption Trip" to Phuket. Only if the YES votes were greater than the NO votes after the 12 hour voting period between 9:00AM and 9:00PM US Central Time would I go on my trip.
