Day 348: Burning Down The House...Part 2

G'day,

Another day, another ordinary attempt at multi-tasking my daily routine of cooking salmon and taking a picture!

Very Smoked Salmon...Again!

As you can see by today's pics my room is once again filled with the remnants of what was once a good piece of salmon sashimi.

Funny thing is I still haven't learnt my lesson from Day 339: Lactic Acid & Smoked Salmon! Oh well, I'll give it another shot tomorrow!

While I'm on the topic of salmon did you know that the essential fatty acids in contained in fish are very important when it comes to fat loss (and general health)?

Fish Oil And Fat Loss

In fact I just recently read an excellent report titled Fish Oil and Fat Loss by Tom Venuto (my fat burning mentor).
Tom has separated fact from fiction regarding exactly how and what types of fish oil you can use to help accelerate your fat loss.

Here is an excerpt from Tom's information packed report:

It’s been well known for a long time that omega-3 (also referred to as n-3) fatty acids, are essential for human health and for normal growth and development and that they must be obtained from the diet.

This is why they are referred to as “essential” fatty acids, much like we refer to certain amino acids, vitamins and minerals as “essential.”
Fish oil contains two important long-chain omega-3 fatty acids called eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA) and these appear to be the major players responsible for the biological activity in fish oil that produces the long list of benefits.
Fish Oil Report Available Exclusively At Burn The Fat Inner Circle

If you'd like to read this report in full you can do so by signing up to Tom's Burn The Fat Inner Circle. In fact this report on fish oil just scratches the surface of what Burn The Fat Inner Circle has to offer in terms of helping you attain (and maintain) your fat loss goals.

I speak from experience as I first signed up to the Inner Circle on Day 42, December 20, 2006. I then utilized the forums, audio interviews, success stories, recipes and "real-time accountability" through the progress journals and photo gallery to make a full-blooded transformation in the last 6 weeks of Mission 1.

If you'd like an in-depth review of my experience with the Inner Circle click here to go to Day 202: I'm Now An Official Contributor!

Until tomorrow...

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Hey Adam, Loved the clip, looks like the girl was very animated when looking at the posters, almost incredulous as most people are since they don't realise that transformation is absolutely possible.

Well done with all you have achieved.

I know that you are turning this into a business and good for you but I know that your motives are pure and you have a deep wish to help others...in my experience the KEY to lasting success.

BTW I've noticed positive changes in your physique lately..deeper chest, stronger abs, lats etc...It continues to rock for you. Big up.

Good on you mate.
PS How're those Boks.

Hi Adam,

(sorry my english im french canadian)

Just wanted to thank you for this blog. I look like you in 2006 (not day 1), I'm 21yo, 5ft9 with 208pounds and I tried often to lose weight. I read your blog from midnight to 4 am yesterday and now, I think this time it will be a sucessful try cause I'll do it for me and not for the others like all the last attempts. Like you, I write my progression on a .doc files and I'll add picture of the progression so it will motive me and when I'll get result, I'll read it back to see how sucessful it was.

Thank man for this blog, its an inspiration for everybodies.

Hi Adam, You gotta take it from me man, I'm pretty good at cooking salmon! Put your oven at 175 deg c heated from top and bottom and cook your salmon for 25 minutes till the white fish fat comes out. You'll never go wrong with that. Cheers

Christy beat me to it, but you are "smokin'"!
I must say it is hard to focus when you have so many things on your "plate". But it can be done! Keep the "flames burning" and push hard to the goal!
Thanks, again, for another "spark" of inspiration for an 18 day challenge.

Hi Dougal, yeah she was! This whole "physique transformation" concept is actually very foreign over here. There is a good chance that nobody had seen anything like this before.

In regards to making this a business I kinda have no choice if I want to implement all the ideas I have. The main barrier I have now is time (full-time job) to implement these ideas of which only some will be a "paid service".

Congrats on winning the RWC, must feel good!

Cheers,
Adam Waters

My hoodie is in LA waiting for me for when I return for Christmas. It's a little warm, here, in the Philippines anyway. I suspect it's already being put to use by my older sister. (payback for raiding her closet in high school, lol)
