==================================================================

G'day Shredders,

Today I have a very important announcement to make. Please watch the video and read the text below, then make a comment to let me know what you think.

I have an idea that I'd like to share with you. After reading your blogs this week I am noticing that quite a few Shredders would like a return to Daily Accountability via pictures (like we did for the original 14-Day Group Shred).

Today's video contains full details on a few ideas I have about how we can Re-Set The Accountability Clock and start afresh for a 100 Day Group Shred Mission from December 15, 2007 to March 24, 2008.

Reason 1:

I feel that this will allow us to focus again on daily accountability in the early stages and re-capture the focus we had. I am open to ideas on how long the Daily Accountability Phase (possibly with daily videos) will last for.

Reason 2:

The other reason why I feel that this is a good time-frame is because March 24, 2008 (Day 100) is also the projected date that the East Coast Shredder Summit will (possibly) take place! That gives us all a very "powerful reason why" to re-focus because we know how high the stakes are for this Summit!

In A Nutshell

So, basically we can treat the first 50 Days (Start of original Group Shred on Day 352 to Day 401) as Group Shred Phase 1. Then we can have a new 100 Day Group Shred for Phase 2.

Now, I don't want to upset the apple cart if you feel that re-setting the Accountability Clock is not a good idea. I just wanted to put this out there as an option. I will 100% go with the Council majority decision on this very important matter.

Until next time,

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

AJ

RTP Shredder Council Video: Week 4

Re-setting The Accountability Clock?

Inside this video you will discover...

  1. Council Vote: Should this option be used to "re-set the accountability clock"?
  2. East Coast Summit: A "powerful reason why" for Shredders going to ECSS.

M4/Shredder Council Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Shred On!

Maybe our own 12 Days of Shredder Christmas? ;) I'm up for anything. I could use some focus to get back into the swing of things.

Adam, I like the idea of the 100 day phase 2. Debbie is right in that the daily accountability is what really drove us and is what established the bond we have come to have with each other. Knowing you have to put up a picture because other people are counting on you is a driving force. Plus I guess being an "original" Shredder kind of puts us in the spotlight to live up to your standards of dedication and commitment. which is what this will/does take, is dedication and commitment. no half-assing allowed!(speaking to myself now!)
as I mentioned in SU, this whole ECGSS stirs up emotions of both fear and excitement and I wouldn't miss it for the world!

Hello Adam Thank you for the response... I didn't find my blog here..... maybe I don't know were to find it. Can you tell me were to find it please :)
Also about the group shred.... I can't say anything because I am new here..... BUT... what I can say is that I really admire each one of you for doing this because you are not just improving your lives but also motivating a lot of people to improve theirs..... :) Thank you LUIS

Yes, yes, yes to re-setting to 100 days!
I posted something similar in SU (don't know if you've had a chance to read it yet.) I think we should take the next few days to REALLY create our individual 100-day plans, determine how the group accountability will play out and then launch a group shred-athon on Sat Dec 15th for 100 days!
Yay! I feel that this will renew the group synergy and help us all!

Hey Adam ... sounds great! Will you open this up to new comers like myself? If so then count me in.

I like Lilla's idea of taking the next few days to develop our individual 100 day plans.

Let me know if you will open this up :)

Hi Shredders, just a quick post before I go to the gym.

Consider this 100 Day Mission a GO!

We are going to Shred Massive for 100 Days together.

I'll post more ideas in today's blog post.

Adam, count me in as well. Let's do it!

Like Bec, and I'll bet several others, vacations are coming up and there may be week time slots where people are unable to post. Hope that's not an issue.
