Day 478: Me And Jay!
G'day Shredders,
Today was the last day of the Strategic Profits Live Conference and I have a very cool picture to share with you!
Check it out below...
That's right, me and the "6 Billion Dollar Man" Jay Abraham! What a spin-out! While Jay is a hardcore businessman he is also a very nice guy as you can see from the picture above.
Actually, the overriding theme of Jay's talks throughout this 3-Day Bootcamp was to "be true to yourself" and "fall in love" with your clients. Jay believes wholeheartedly that your mindset will determine your business success, and I couldn't agree more.
While the 7-Day Conference may be officially over, now the real work begins! I have hundreds of pages of notes that I must review and organize and structure into a workable action plan in order to implement all the great ideas I received from this conference.
For those Shredders who are interested I'll be sharing with you many of these ideas and concepts in the coming days and weeks.
Before I sign off I'd also like to thank Rich Schefren once again because without his generosity (and selecting my video as a winner) I would not be here! Thanks Rich!
Cheers,
AJ
P.S. Now that I have some free time I'll be updating this blog to accurately reflect the massive ECSS 2008 Event coming very soon. Stay tuned...
P.S.S. I still have another 3 full days in Orlando so I'll be hitting some of the theme parks in the next few days. I'll be sure to get some cool pics!
M4 Shred: Real-Time Accountability
Day 63 of 84
Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.
Cardio: I got in a HIIT Cardio/Abs workout hitting the all-important last 2 minutes at 11 m/ph on the last 2 minute cycle
*Important:
Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.
Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.
M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.
1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.
2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.
3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Its quite unbelievable where your idea of transforming your body has led you. You are getting to meet your mentors and role models.Your having the experience of a lifetime. The year of the Rat is certainly being a lucky year for you so far.
I'm sure all of us shredders would love to hear some of what you have been learning. Learning from our role model will be wonderful. I'm sure you are going to use that information do to great things Adam. You sure are one lucky bloke. But its your sheer determination and positive attitude that has allowed you to be in that lucky position. I wish you all the very best for the rest of you USA adventure. I only wish that I could have been part of the ECSS. I hope you and the girls can share that experience with us who could'nt make it.
Bec

Adam, so awesome!! i can only imagine the information you have gathered at this conference. It sounds so amazing. I love the theme of being true to yourself. i think so many of us really don't know what that really means. I am sure your mind is just a buzz of all kinds of ideas! I would love to hear as much as you are willing to share with us.
enjoy the rest of your time at disney world. it is such a great place to visit. so much to see, so little time!
one little thing i am curious of is how long did it take for you to adjust to the large time change coming from Japan? and just think you'll get to do it again in little under a month's time!
Hi Bec, thank you very for your very kind words! Who knows what the future may bring but maybe we could do another ECSS in the future! I do plan to go back to Oz in 08 so maybe we could do something there too.
Shred on Bec,
Adam
Hi Jeff, did u get my message mate?
Adam
Hi Suzette, yeah being over here is a real spin-out! I only have 2 more days left so its gonna be hard to hit the other parks and keep up my training but I may do something on my last day tomorrow.
To be honest this trip has been tough to balance with my training as we regularly had 14 hour days with the conference (including homework) and it took me a while for my body clock to adjust. Only the last couple of days did I get into a normal routine.
Chat soon,
Adam
