Day 480: Triple Shredding With Jeff McBride!

G'day Shredders,

I received a very special visit today from my online buddy, the one and only Jeff McBride! Jeff drove down from Jacksonville, Florida to catch up at Disney!

Jeff is famous for his very insightful and thought-provoking comments on this blog. I actually once asked Jeff if he was a professional writer as his posts were so great, and filled with such positive energy.

It was awesome to meet Jeff in the flesh as he is just as I predicted, dedicated and passionate regarding physique/life transformation. Would you believe this is actually the first time I have ever met in person someone who knows me from this blog!

Jeff and I had a great chat for a couple of hours discussing all things regarding mindset, training and nutrition. Then we decided to go up to the hotel gym for a couple of pics. Check it out below.

After our pics (and video) Jeff and I decided to do an impromptu HIIT Cardio session on the treadmill about 20 minutes before the gym closed! I ran upstairs and got my joggers and then we were off!

We both HIIT it very hard and broke a sweat in those 20 minutes. This was actually my third training session for the day after hitting 12 mp/h (19.3 kim/h!) on HIIT this morning and followed by Lactic Acid Upper Body in the afternoon.

Then just before Jeff left he gave me a cool book based on Japanese comics and fitness!

Thanks Jeff, it was a pleasure to meet you!

Shred on Jeff,
Adam

P.S. I have every confidence that you can get the job done on a rapid-fire physique transformation, especially judging by the effort you put in at the treadmill.

P.S.S. Jeff is very active online and regularly checks out the ShredderSphere. He is a big fan of Michael Mahony from the Fat Burning Machine! Keep up the great work Michael and Jeff!

M4 Shred: Real-Time Accountability
Day 63 of 84

Nutrition: My meal plan was spot on today.

Cardio: Two HIIT cardio sessions today hitting 12 mp/h on both (a world record for me)

Training: Lactic Acid Upper Body from Metabolic Surge.

Click Here to learn more about the origin
and theory of RTP Real-Time Accountability.

============================================

*Important:

Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.

Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you'd like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.

M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.

1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.

2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.

3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Once in a while we have an opportunity for surprise and delight. Our spirit is replenished, our hopes validated. Adam gave me his time, encouragement, respect, and the insights of a friend. He comes halfway around the world, makes sure I, the local, feel welcome and tells me he believes in me... HE believes in ME.

He'll tell you he's a regular guy but you'll immediately see the larger truth, he is a rare, special gift to us all. East Coast Shredders, you have chosen wisely. All of my expectations were exceeded, especially when I heard these words: "We should work out, mate!" (Thankfully we chose running instead of skipping through the lobby like little girls) Anyone who thinks 20 minutes is not enough for a workout hasn't tried to keep up with Adam Waters!

Adam, you are the real deal; my flame to be fit is re-lit!
Your honored and grateful friend,
Jeff McAdamfan

That's so cool that you guys got to meet. I really wish I was able to go to joint the New York Four, but I'll be tuning in to hear all the news. Epcot is my favorite of all the Disney parks. So glad to hear you're having such a great vacation. I missed reading your blog.

When I read all of the above and your blog I realise how far away and isolated I am down here in South Africa. Technology is a wonderful thing...without it where would we all be. Good on you for walking the talk mate.

Thank you Shredders for your comments, sorry I'm late replying. Its been a whirlwind couple of days flying over Florida and then back to Japan.

Jeff, you are an inspiration mate, and I believe you will hit your shredding goals in no time. Shred hard my friend!
