Day 496 Video: Live From San Francisco!

G'day Shredders,

For the next few days I'll post a video and written report.

Day 496: Video Report

Now only 4 days out from the most brutal workout of my life, M4 Training Day with Tom Venuto! And 6 days out from a Group Shred Training Session with The New York Four, Suzette, Joni, Debbie and Lilla, and ECSS 2008 'East Coast Shredder Summit'

How cool is this? I can't wait!

NYC Stealth Mission Update

Also, in this vid I reveal details of my NYC Stealth Mission, I got some good news today regarding my flight schedule. I will now stay in New York longer so I can do a 10-day mini-shred leading up to April 1,2008 (a very special day as it will be 8 years to the day since Day 1 of Body For Life!).

==================================

Day 496: Written Report

After a great 10 hour flight from Osaka leaving on March 18 at 7:00PM I arrived in SF on the same day 6.5 hours earlier at 12:30 PM! What a spinout it is to travel through time, like a reverse time machine!

However, the jetlag effect combined with aeroplane food does take have an effect on your physical state (I always thought jetlag was a myth!).

This is why I decided to arrive a couple of days earlier because I'll definitely need these 2 extra days to prepare my mind and body for the coming onslaught!

On the nutrition front I did discover a cool diner today right near my hotel in Union Square. It was like walking onto the set of Happy Days! I almost expected the Fonz to walk in! I had 2 turkey salads for my last 2 meals today and they were a great change from tuna salads!

Cheers,
AJ

N.B. In order to keep this single day blog posts shorter I won't keep posting the three NYC Shredder Events in every blog entry.

Go to Day 495: M4 Shred - 84 Day Report Card to see watch countdown videos and read more about M4 Training Day, ECSS 2008 and NYC Stealth Mission.

Shredder Pact:

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.

We will "burn our bridges" and not look back.

We will never surrender.

Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!

Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

P.S. Below are Day 496 RTP Blog Daily Pictures for March 18, 2008: Mission 4 - Day 130 of 125

P.S.S. This pic was taken at Kansai International Airport a whole 3 hours before departure! Arriving at an airport this early is a personal best for me!

Adam,

Thank you so much for allowing me to join the Shreddersphere !

When I saw my brief introduction the other day I became so excited haha

It really is a great opportunity for me to hold myself more accountable now that I have the added pressure of being an official shredder. I won't let you or any of the others down, and most importantly myself !

Have fun on your trip and in New York with Tom and the others.

Best,

--Jay
